Fantastic and honest solicitors
From the very first phone call I made to the team all the way through the process of making the claim, medical appointments and so on to the finalisation of the settlement I have been kept informed every step. They arranged fantastic medical care and made sure all scans and tests were carried out in a 5* private hospital setting. The defendant made false claims from the beginning to try and stop the claim before it started but fletchers fully accepted my side and argued with the defendants from the start ensuring that the claim went ahead.
They won my case and managed to get me a very nice initial offer without prejudice. I would highly recommend fletchers to anyone making a personal injury claim or medical negligence claim. Complete honesty from beginning to end which was a refreshing change after previous dealings with solicitors.

Long - no doctors free to complete your claim
Be aware these reviews are from people at the start of their claims. Once they take on your case you immediately get asked to write a review on this site. Nothing has happened but people are writing 5 stars for no reason.
The process is long (which i assumed it would be), i am 2 months away from 2 full years after fletchers agreeing to take on my case
Its frustrating as the hospital has been swift sending my medical notes, they have adopted the negligence some months ago however fletchers are unable to complete the claim due to having no consultants on their books to do a final health assessment to gauge how much the claim is worth. Its just complete radio silence, You don't hear from anyone and it's super long, I offered to travel to any location in the UK as I work abroad and can fly in to any airport. They still have no consultants with none on the horizon.

Fletchers have handled my claim since I…
Fletchers have handled my claim since I was knocked off my bike a year ago. I have been left with a significant AC shoulder injury.
I am very happy with how they have dealt with it and have kept me up to date with progress. Emily has provided excellent guidance and advice when the initial and subsequent settlement offers were made. Her work has meant that my claim could be brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

I was diagnosed with colon Cancer in 2020, I received a long course of chemo & radiotherapy, I had to have multiple surgeries and blood transfusions i spent around 3 Months in Hospital and after being discharged I was on a lot of medication for pain after speaking with family and friends I decided I would contact a Solicitors firm that deal with Medical Claims and after reading some very positive reviews I chose to call Fletchers Solicitors.
I was very nervous but as soon as I made the call the call handler was very reassuring and very informative explaining what the call would entail,
Imy experience with Fletchers Solicitors was a very positive one from the very beginning when I first contacted this Solicitors firm the call handler was so polite I was very ill and as I was explaining to the call handler the reason I was calling I was actually very upset as I was explaining the call handler reassured me through the call informing me I could take breaks and even call back to finish the consultation on another date.
The call handler explained they would be taking notes of everything I was saying and that they would be taking notes of everything I said and that it would be passed to the Solicitors who would then decide if they were going to take on my case, I was made to feel at ease every step of the way.
The next day I received a telephone Call from one of the Solicitors who informed me That Fletchers Solicitors would like to take on my Case as I was not in permanent employment my Claim was to be on a no win no fee basis.
All the relevant documentation was sent to via email, everything was fully explained all the procedures and processes what was required from myself.
During the process of my Claim Fletchers Solicitors arranged for all my appointments with the Various Medical Experts I was informed why these were required all appointments were made at a time that was suitable for me.
I was always kept updated on the progress of my claim any developments, I was given invaluable advice from my Solicitor and other Members of the Team.
They go above and beyond to ensure the trust between the Solicitor and their Client is never broken, when giving advice they are always very honest and very transparent their Advice is always backed with reasoning and they always use terminology their Client can understand. They trusted in me the whole way through my claim and they never gave up trying to get a resolution that I was happy with.
I would highly recommend fletchers Solicitors to anyone who may be going through or have gone through something and they think they may have a case to contact Fletchers Solicitors they are very professional trust worthy and always have time to listen and will always offer the best advice and everything is explained fully every step of the way.
I am so happy I put my trust in this firm they are amazing and especially my Solicitor I will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for me, they are inspirational helping those who maybe could not of made a claim.
This firms ethics are second to none they maintain that Client Solicitor relationship throughput the whole process.

Absolutly brilliant
Absolutly brilliant, from start to finish, kept me informed, sent documents that needed my signature, or just to read. Phone calls when I needed reassuring about my case, not sure if I can name the person who took on my case, but because I had insurance and was a member of Cycling UK, my case was a no fee and after being sent costs, which the other side had to pay. So I would deffinatley recomend Fletchers Solicitors. Thank you again so very, very much and I will always be a member of Cycling UK and have insurance through them, knowing that if I am unlucky and am involved in another cycling accident, I will have Fletchers Solicitors on my side.
