I ordered at Flaconi 4 products and I made the payment but I wanted to change one product and I cancelled immediatly the order. After I wrote an email and they said to me that any amount will be back on my account but, I have 3 week till now and the amount havent come yet. I wrote another email to Flaconi service and I have 4 days without a answer. I used to love Flaconi's products, but now, really I'm loosing trust and hope. I hope they dont robe peoples moneys😔

IT'S A SCAM. I bought a fragrance from them (Tom Ford black orchid edp)it costed me 110 euros and had it delivered to the place I was staying in Munich. When I received the package IT WAS EMPTY. I emailed Flaconi telling them about the problem and they dismissed it saying they shipped it perfectly. They refuse to send me the money or the perfume back. I am now back in my country and have no way of taking any legal action.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM FLACONI, THEY STEAL. This is outrageous and unbelievable, they have literally stoled my money and continue to operate without any repercussion.

After a month of chasing them, they still lied and said they had sent my order - which is completely false. Their customer service is useless and they ignore complaints. This company is nothing but a scam! Avoid them at all costs unless you want to lose your money like I did.

I purchased the Dior Addict Lip Glows recently, and I was very disappointed to discover that they are fake. Unlike the authentic versions, these do not have the colour activation feature that makes the original so special. If you're looking for the real deal, I strongly advise you to stay away from these counterfeit products. Save yourself the trouble and make sure to buy from reputable sellers only!

I ordered from this website and paid €170, but they only sent me one item and kept €150 of my money! After a month of chasing them, they kept lying, claiming they had sent everything—which is completely false. Their customer service is useless, and they ignore complaints. This company is nothing but a scam! Avoid them at all costs unless you want to lose your money like I did.

Not that expensive comparing with other shops where the parfume I bough costed 30euro moreeee.

I've ordered several times, and each experience has been excellent. I've never been disappointed! The ordering process is quick and easy, delivery is fast, and the prices are great. Plus, I always appreciate the free samples and generous discounts with every purchase. I highly recommend it!

Their shipping partner, Hermes, is a big problem. I do not know why they still cooperate with this company. They've never even tried to ship my package.

I shopped first time at Flaconi but Flaconi played scam. They sent me the wrong thing and when I returned they did not return my money. Be carefull. Don‘t buy at Flaconi. There are other trusted shops.

I bought the same Flaconi shower bath twice a few months apart, unfortunately the second time it was a fake. Although the product was originally packaged, it was a much paler clover color and appeared heavily diluted. Customer service insists that I have to send it back, probably trying to cover up the fact that something is wrong. Unfortunately, Flaconi's offer to help here is not sincere, as I had already contacted support several times. I then asked Flaconi to delete my account because I would never buy there again and to confirm this. Of course the latter didn't happen either. That's why I can only warn, the support is unacceptable, product was definitiv a fake, Unfortunately, Flaconi's claims to the contrary are of no use.

It's a shame how Flaconi cares about their customers.
My package got lost. I have never received it.
Hermes-delivery says they delivered it to my desired drop-off location which is inside the house but I am sure it was never delivered there because another neighbour also got their Flaconi package stolen and was at their location only 30mins after delivery. It's super suspicious.
Flaconi does not support me at all. They just say Hermes is responsible. Hermes says they are not responsible after I had selected a drop-off location, means this enables Hermes to do whatever they want with my package. And Flaconi doesn't care at all and obviously they don't have their delivery service provider under control. Shame on you Falconi :(
Next time I'll make sure to order at Douglas leveraging DHL.
