Do not order

Sadly I can't leave a minus but please do not order from them. Order leavers hoodie and just received email to say that the hoodie won't be here I time and my child will have left before they get a chance to wear it. Order over 2 months ago.

Emails ignored

Emails ignored, therefore left with no choice but to leave an honest review.
School photo arrived damaged, emailed the company on more than one occasion, no reply at all to resolve the issue (although their website states they will respond within 24 hours) Photos poorly received with no proper protective casing. Disappointing as the photos were very expensive. Won’t be ordering school photos through this company again, and I will be writing to the school to advise them to use someone else in the future!

Poor customer service

The leavers hoody was made of substandard materials. Do not assume the washing label is correct. Our hoody shrank on the first cool clean. We contacted customer service who were less than helpful. They tried to blame us for leaving it too long to report it. It arrived end of July and it's now September. It's been worn once. I tried to explain to them August has been the hottest month on record so hasn't even been worn. Consumer Rights clearly don't apply to their products

On another note we overlooked the fact the final design was different to the one ordered.

In summary very disappointed.

terrible company and terrible customer…

terrible company and terrible customer service. Please do not order any leavers items from here. The company made an error with our order, followed by another error. Still have no received a replacement and all the leavers celebrations have finished. The company was useless with helping the situation, please don’t let this be you next year, there are plenty of other very good companies I am sure that care about their customers

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company

We ordered a leavers hoodie and paid over £60 – far too expensive for the quality and service received. It took 10 weeks for production to make, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the company lied about delivering the items to the school.

This has caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for everyone involved. Overall, extremely poor communication, delays, and dishonesty. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible

Terrible! I measured my child twice and ordered according to their size guide and even went up a size so it would last! Arrived and the school didn't let her bring it home and it was way to small! I have emailed them and just basically been told tuff, we have a size guide online and I should have used it!! I did! The other parents in the class are also very disappointed with the sizings! I can't afford to spend £60 to get another jumper which prob won't even arrive before she finishes school! I would avoid purchasing from this company at all costs!

Over priced

Contacted their customer service team, as I had a problem with an order. They couldn't locate my order. This was ONE DAY after their deadline. Had to pay £60 for a hoodie that my child doesn't even like, as apparently they couldn't offer his original choice. Also couldn't get his year book as that would have been £120 combined. We can not afford this during a cost of living crisis. Rather than the original price of just under £60 for both yearbook and hoodie. Told that the extra cost is to set up machines again. Lies!!! So they've printed all yearbooks and Hoodies for my son's school, one day after the deadline. Absolutely rubbish. Awful company, scam artists!!!

Top quality Customer Service

Had an issue with the order, emailed customer service and despite company policies they still amended my order and saved the hustle of cancellation and re-ordering.

Amazing service and attention to details.
