Boot inner lining failed after 3 uses - only had them 4 months. Contacted their customers service team who essentially said 'tough luck' as the purchase was made over 30 day ago. I expressed my displeasure and was then contacted by the quality dept who paid for return postage and fixed the boot no problem.

I have had these motorcycle boots for less than a year. (Bought 4/12/25) Yesterday they starting leaking on the sole into my socks. I use the bike 1-2 times a week, hardly do many miles, l also have been away 5 weeks this year.
I loved then for 11 months but now have to replace.

Purchased leather jacket it is good quality a little heavy but strong leather.
Waterproof corduroy trousers excellent been wearing for a while now no complaints. Just purchased corduroy jacket very fast delivery. Pleased with the quality not worn in anger yet.

Bought the "waterproof" trousers
Initially pleased with them but after a few months they leaked. They had literally only been worn a few times and still looked immaculate (not needed all summer!). Complained and got nowhere as longer than 30 days since I bought them.
If you want waterproof don't buy these!

If I could rate lower I would been chasing these guys because I never got my item PayPal siding with them on the inclination PayPal have said delivered to my home address even though I’ve contacted everybody PayPal and Royal Mail Royal Mail said they need to make a claim but there attitude is PayPal sided with them so they can’t be bothered to chase up royal mail correct it says delivered but if they even bothered to contact Royal Mail in this case they haven’t they have said according to the tracking details it hasn’t been delivered to my address neither has it been delivered to the post office which I asked it to be delivered I personally won’t be using them again the legwork I’ve had to do is there job not mine disappointed to say the least be a zero stars if I could give zero

Ordered Uk size 5 which is EUR 38
But when they came the tags and box said Uk size 5 EUR 39 which is 5.5 Uk
Didn’t fit my wife so complained and said you are selling boots that are labelled wrong and they would not pay return postage (warning do not buy anything from them it’s junk anyway)

DO NOT BUY FROM THE I BOUGHT THIS JACKET AND ON THE DESCRIPTION SAYING WATERPROOF WITCH ITS NOT I ALWAYS GET WATER INSIDE AND GET WET DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE A SCAM
