Buyer Beware - Subscription Trap

Be careful with this subscription. I was charged for an annual renewal that I did not reasonably understand was about to occur. After reviewing my emails, I did find that a reminder had been sent—but it was presented in a marketing-style format and did not clearly or prominently communicate that a $109.99 USD charge was imminent.
I cancelled immediately once I became aware of the charge and requested a refund, but this was refused based on their internal policy.
In my experience, the billing approach lacks clarity and fairness. I would strongly recommend reviewing the subscription terms very carefully before signing up.

It doesn't tell me why the vehicle won't start without a jump.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Unfortunately, the sensor and app have to be able to communicate with your vehicle's ECU, which is not on until the vehicle is started. Without access to your vehicle's onboard diagnostics, no codes can be retrieved.
