Unhappy with premium membership taken
I was happy with it at first until I was charged $99.99 for premium that I didn’t authorize. I cancelled it, but unable to speak to anyone about a refund. It just seems like this is nothing but a way to get money for a service never requested. The product seems to be good but this issue has just made it not worth it. I work hard for my money and can’t afford to have it taken for no reason.

Very poor customer Service
Very poor customer Service. They overcharged me a full year after I had cancelled my subscription. When I asked them to reverse the charges, they told me they would not and could not. They even tried to OVERCHARGE ME originally at $325.33 for the App " Subscription fee ".
