I married into First Tech. Little did I know how pleasant banking could be. But it wasn't until we became premier bankers and had Emilee Gutierrez as our contact that we became passionate fans of First Tech. We had been premier bankers at Wells Fargo so we had pretty much no expectation of any help whatsoever. Emilee is amazing. She is responsive, incredibly smart, and wanted to put our money to work for us. Money that was sitting there doing nothing, she put into different services that fit within our schedule for when we needed to access more funds. She single-handedly earned us tens of thousands of dollars. I am forever grateful for her being so passionate about helping premier members.

We happily signed our kids up for accounts and now the whole family is First Tech forever.

He is also incredibly attentive. Christopher remembers every detail you share with him and proactively reminds you of important dates so you never miss an opportunity. His thoughtfulness and professionalism make the entire experience both reassuring and rewarding.

It was helpful to have a knowledgeable person review my savings account and CD's with the goal of obtaining the highest yields on those accounts.

Amber very quickly understood our needs and upgraded our accounts exactly as promised and all behind the scenes so the process was smooth and transparent.
