Great watch very classy and well made , great service from first class also ,, the delivery company they use ,,the delivery was even quicker than they said from the outset,, and I was kept informed of when the watch would arrive ,even telling me the drivers name and putting a reminder on my iPhone planner which was impressive,, ps : the price was very impressive also amazing value for a truly quality bearing titanium solar watch .

I bought a Casio watch that is in short supply. First Class Watches were clear about expected delivery time scales and kept to them. I received the watch I ordered around the day they told me it would be delivered.

I purchased a watch which arrived quickly. I tried it on and did not like it so I returned it immediately. I received a response the next day and got a full refund the next day! I would recommend the firm to anyone!

Bit of a different review here, I purchased a watch - best price around - cheaper than ebay opened returns even!

I purchased it for an exact replacement as my daughter had lost the original watch 9 months ago... then you guessed it she found the original!

I contacted them to return, she hadn't worn the new one and they were very helpful - even paid the return postage which was 24hours! Same day they received it back they refunded.

Now this is a business lesson for all out there, yes I have at this moment in time cost this business money for zero gain. But where do I go for the next watch I purchase - you guessed it!

Easy to use website, great price for the product I chose. Delivery was quick and on time and the packaging was perfect.

*Would have liked a slightly larger display although contrast is very good in most lights.
*Buttons are too soft-touch:
I thought there was a fault when the carefully set up time - date etc changed. I had inadvertently pressed the "Dual ~Time" button.
Could the 2nd Time be set by a more deliberate longer press: e.g.: 5 Seconds?
