Customer service team were great
Customer service team were great , the claim got handled well up until a dispute over a part , a huge amount of evidence was provided, several emails , phone calls and the repair garage sending emails, asking for the engineer to call as a part is needed. Which inturn has left my car in worse state than prior to the accident. Deeming the car unsafe and unable to MOT due to multiple dash warning lights showing that are all interlinked to a part that is required.
I have asked multiple times to speak to someone and have now got a letter waiting for my solicitor and the motor vehicle ombudsman’s office.

Easy to use and more Important easy to get to pay section, cost was about average but no car insurance takes into consideration the driving experience the applicant had, I at the age of 20 worked for a company driving only pre 1936 Rolls Royce limousines and up to 12 cylinders and 7 litres and finally ran my own firm with always at lease 7 large engined cars. Had my full licence since 1956 and only ever one accident claimed when I was driving.
