I'm in my 90's. An old man with rather poor hearing and extremely short of any computer skills but I needed to make an altercation to my home insurance. Rang your number a lady answered, listened to my problem said she could help and 90 seconds later . It was sorted to my total satisfaction. All my foreboding banished. Thank You.

Rang up to cancel my renewal quote but ended up re-newing for another year. Joel explained everything in detail, I didn’t realise how much I was covered for. I even got a bit of a discount for being a long service customer. Well worth making the call.
