Switching gas suppliers
I had only inquired about switching over to Firmus online, and within 1 minute I received a call from a very friendly advisor. He talked me through everything that would happen and it all seemed straight forward. He seemed extremely professional and knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure on me to continue with my switch over. A positive experience.

I'm new to gas
I'm new to gas. So really don't know much about it. Josh was a great help and keen that I understood the offers available to me. He tactfully suggested that I also avail of the over 60 Care package which is helpful! My direct debit was set up easily and now I'm a gas user as opposed to an oil user all carried out so easily with Josh's help. Great service and a friendly approachable manner!
