Made a complaint, it was closed within 12 hours with not a single reply to my complaint. Have gone to the consumer council. Shocking behaviour.
I previously had written bad reviews in here which I now disregard. Nadine is a credit to this company and one of the most helpful and understanding people I have dealt with over the phone and email. I had explained my previous issues and was listened to and helped. Over the last few weeks I have again had to contact budget energy and both over chat with agents and email with Nadine I was helped which I really appreciated. The chat agents also very polite. Thanks again.

I like budget energy but have given a low score due to your notification about my energy bill not being available when I click on the link ( it reads page 404) and when I tried you chat service it cut me off preventing me from getting this sorted.

Great service from Budget energy's customer service. Everything was explained in detail to me about the Tariff and I was satisfied with what Budget energy is offering compared to other Energy suppliers. I've found Budget energy to be the Best suppliers and their Customers service is ideal. I'm very satisfied with Budget energy and they look after their customers.

I've been with budget energy for quite a while. I had come out of tariff contract and had a large hike in cost of my electricity. Contacted budget and spoke to a polite and helpful adviser who listened and then explained different tariffs that might suit. Very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and gave me some information on EV tariffs as I'd requested

Phoned budget energy for my mother to get a cheaper tariff, the girl on the phone was more than helpful and talked me through everything, then she put my mother on a cheaper tariff, was so easy, I had great help, thank you budget energy

Budget Energy seem to provide the most cost-competitive electricity in NI and their staff are very pleasant and helpful.
However, I was surprised that I couldn't access fundamental information on their website over several days to get a new tariff. I shouldn't have to chat to their nice customer service staff to do this.
