Customer service is excellent. Always very helpful if you have a problem with your order. Delivery service was really good. Quality of the the wood is excellent.

It should be emphasized that the 14in.logs are split for industrial furnaces. The request for domestic sizes was totally ignored again.At least 25% will have to be split again.

Fast, accurate delivery even though I’m in the Highlands of Scotland. Good quality wood in a big sturdy bag thing. The courier company was excellent as well.

The order was easy to place,communication was good and very reasonable delivery time. The delivery arrived as arranged and have to say the driver from PC Howard was great, placing the pallet on the drive to make unloading easier.
The wood was super easy to stack in our wood stores and we were well impressed when having a fire the other night. Wood burnt as described and heat was great.
We will without doubt be purchasing our wood from here in future and have made recommendations to friends.

Ordered firewood last year and it arrived on time and was of very good quality. However, the price had increased enormously from the year before making it more viable to buy firewood locally this year.

No complaint about your product, first class. The problem was with the delivery firm, Owens. They sent out a young driver who said that it was his first day on the job. He only had an old hydraulic fork truck which couldn’t lift the pallet over the low kerb into our yard. Yours was the fifth delivery we’ve had of pallet wood and all the others had no trouble. Anyway he drove off leaving the logs half way out into the road on a blind bend. Luckily my nephew came with his tractor and fork lift and saved what could have been a bad outcome.
