The company that supplied my new boiler and fitted it were excellent.
They turned up early got on with the job straight away and was done in no time, they also took care being very tidy while they got on with it.

The engineers arrived on time and commenced the work immediately. Dust sheets were put down before any work started. The engineers were polite and unobtrusive. The work was completed on time to a very high standard

I had a man come to our house to inspect the boiler he was very good and done his job well no mess polite and put everything back then we had to have a man come and measure every room the loft and take photoes of everywhere to see where the heat loss was he checked everything very good at his job he didint make any mess even though he had to go out the front on the garden to measure and take some pictures and out the back he made sure his feet were clean he was very polite about everything when he left he said thank you for the coffee what a polite man do you know I would recommend them to anyone if they are all like that so do you need a new boiler

I am very pleased that FindEnergySavings got in touch with me. They put me in touch with a very good plumbing company and now I'm having a new boiler fitted under the ECO scheme. I had dealt with 2 other of energy saving company websites and both of these were a waste of time putting me in touch with plumbing companies which to be frank seemed to be a right rip off.

However FindEnergySavings found me a company that have been polite proffestional and very fair. They were no nonsense and were very upfront about the small additional charge required to change from a conventional type (which they would have fitted for free) to a combi type boiler system. This was a fixed charge with no hidden extras. Also the other companies tried to push for systems that were way out of a price range of a person who qualifies for the ECO grant, it seemed that they were basically taking the grant and then trying to charge me the full amount again but with FindEnergySavings and the plumbing company ClubMoor gas I had none of this nonsense. They kept me informed with regular updates and have been very professional at all times.

I'm a very happy customer and would highly recommend both FindEnergySavings and ClubMoor gas :)

So far I have dealt with Aisha Phillip and Kylie Green. Both have been pro active, helpful and both have got a high standard of people skills (which I find a lot of people don't have). There have been a few bumps along the way but that is not down to individuals but down to a new scheme and everyone learning the ropes. I have been notified quickly when I need to apply for the next step to get my new boiler. The gentlemen who came out to do the EPC and assessment of fitting the new boilers were top draw to. I am hoping the new boiler will be be fitted soon.

The company representative who contacted me following our enquiry was very flexible in respect to the mutually agreed date and time to visit. He was punctual, extremely presentable and professional when outlining the extent of the survey and the options and outputs available once he had established all of the data required. An informative and cost effective proposal was presented backed up with objective cost reductions calculations. Needless to say my wife and I had no hesitation in signing the agreement. We only wished we had pursued a survey many years ago.

We currently look forward to receiving a confirmed date for the installation of cavity wall and loft installation measures. We have to date enjoyed the customer experience associated with the application process and have recommended this company to family members, friends, colleagues.
