Not of a quality worth purchasing again
I received an unsolicited email containing an offer to purchase two canvas pictures from photos each 90cm x 60cm
The offer was extremely competitive so I ordered.
The production and shipping took about three weeks however, the shipment was delayed in transit as well, when the two pictures did arrive they had simply been packed picture face to picture face and sealed in a black plastic wrapping.
The frame edges and either side had no protection at all. Needless to say they were damaged when they arrived.
One of them had minor damage to it and so I was willing to overlook it.
However the second one I could not accept and I have made a claim to the company for reimbursement of that one item.
The quality of the print is not of an acceptable quality either so I do not want a replacement.
Sadly, I would not purchase a second time around as the companies I normally use provide a much higher quality product.
