Polite and helpful
Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions

Very approachable lady with a lovely smile explained everything I need to know about my item I purchased, very kind and polite I also was given the option to purchase a lovely gift bag too which I purchased it was gift wrapped lovey and pretty as I purchased my item for our 40th wedding anniversary so I left feeling very happy thankyou F Hinds.

Ok. I purchased a Ruby ring for my wife on our Ruby wedding Anniversary. The initial transaction (buying the ring) was as you would expect.
However, collection of the ring was not a pleasant experience. The assistant showed no customer skills. The ring as basically taken out the bag and put on the counter and you imagined you were buying 'a bag of potatoes '. As I said no feel good attitude whatsoever. We will be thinking twice about buying from here again.

The ring we bought had to be returned because it was not suitable for an arthritic, swollen knuckle. We are grateful that it was possible to replace it with other items of similar value, although the 30-day grace period had elapsed.

The customer service in Milton Keynes is absolutely terrible. The manager does not listen and is very rude. Try to avoid

I bought myself a lovely chain however it broke after 5months, I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was covered under warranty, they chose to give me a new chain rather than repair but I had to wait 3 weeks for it. (Not allowed to replace with one from shop stock apparently) Then when I went to collect it was a completely different style chain, a twisted one which I had to point out so I then had to wait another week for the correct one to arrive. Then the one I received is a thinner chain than the original so wrong chain yet again! staff now won’t replace for same as original as they say the numbers match the product however my pictures of my broken chain v the new one show it’s a much thinner chain, super disappointed and will avoid in future for other purchases and now will look to buy the correct one from elsewhere so all in all the warranty was pointless if you replace an item for a cheaper equivalent.

I bought a Seiko gents watch on the 14/04/25, which is under a 3 year guarantee, in June 2026 it was loosing time so I took it to Fhinds who sent it to Seiko, after 6 weeks without a watch it was returned on the 08/07/26 and has lost time since, receiving it back, I took it to
Fhinds today the 3/8/26 to see if I could exchange it or get my money back, it has to go way again for another 6 weeks. I did state the consumer rights act 2015 but they were not interested

The lady assistant was very knowledgeable also helpful with our Grandson choosing a Watch
Would not hesitate in shopping here again.
