Ferroli UK began business in the late 1980s when the UK export market was identified as being a promising one. In 1988 Ferroli joined forces with Brassware Sales, a Midland based importer and after nine years of continued growth, Ferroli UK Ltd was established. Ferroli UK swiftly expanded relocating to Burton-upon-Trent Staffordshire in January 2001. Today, Ferroli UK continues to go from strength to strength with a move to new offices and warehouse premises in Walton-on-Trent, Derbyshire in May 2021. These further developments have involved a great deal of investment, introducing best practice for greater business efficiencies and logistical planning. The new office facilities are conveniently located on the southern edge of Walton on Trent giving flexibility for future growth as Ferroli UK strengthens its position further in the market place. Consumer demand and the environment are the two main factors that drive Ferroli's development of innovative technologies. Our range of energy saving domestic and commercial boilers and renewable energy products ensure maximum efficiency and eco-compatibility. It is these two factors that keep Ferroli at the leading edge of appliance design. Ferroli manufactures its own domestic and commercial boilers, water heaters and renewable energy products in 12 factories around the world, giving it the ability not only to control quality and price, but also enabling it to innovate in-house rather than relying external companies. "At Ferroli UK we are looking at giving customers a comprehensive range of water heating products from small instantaneous water heaters, to electric boilers to air source heat pumps. We develop cost-effective solutions with high quality products that offer the customer a practical and workable long-term solution. Our Ferroli range is very comprehensive and offers a wide variety of quality products in the water heating market for the UK" - Andrew Buttree, Managing Director Ferroli UK In the UK, Ferroli have made it a priority to develop a strong team with a range of exceptional skills in marketing, customer service, internal sales and technical support: "Ferroli UK is a great team of people who have experience, enthusiasm and passion for the business. Honesty and passion are the two bywords for our way of working – we take immense pride in what we do. The UK operation also offers a comprehensive list of training courses on domestic and commercial boilers including its new electric boiler".

Further to my review of 01 July 2021 - We were quickly contacted by the company following their reply on here. They then continued to correspond with my daughter and she received a visit from the managing director to thoroughly check the boiler/usage/settings etc The gentleman concerned was very helpful and thorough and will send a report to my daughters landlord explaining his visit and advice going forward. None of the issues are with the boiler itself. Thank you Ferroli for excellent customer service.

Karon is amazing!
Moved into a new home which as most people will know is stressful enough. Didn't have any hot water and contacted Ferroli and spoke with Karon. She's been unbelievable in her help and support.
Extremely professional, kind and her attitude to helping problem solve has been amazing.
Thank you again Karon!

Excellent service.
I always say at times of assistance you need the right person on the right day. Dean was that guy. He gave the metaphorical hand hold in a very professional, courteous way.
Thanks to Dean and all who contributed to the resolution.

First 12 months was great, no noticable issues. Then the diverter valve packed in. - Hot water but no central heating. Feroli engineer came and fixed it. Suddenly i found i constantly had to top up the boiler pressure. Again things seemed ok for another 12 months then the thing sprung a leak at midnight during Christmas and cost me £200 just for an emergency call out because I couldn't get through to feroli. Problem was fixed at cost and again 10 months later alas central heating packed in again. Had enough and gone elsewhere... I also remember the feroli engineer telling me that they had a problem with the heat exchanger on my model (expensive part) which they would not cover on the guarantee because they knew it would cost them a packet because due to the investment cost they kept on using the known fault part. How true this is i don't know but as I said it came from their engineer i know nothing about boilers.

Technical helpline very helpful and a credit to Ferroli. My experience of customer service not so good. Bluehelix boilers appear to be good quality but time will tell. It seems a backward step to put plate heat exchangers in them again but performance is good. I’d like Ferroli to make YouTube videos to help end users adjust basic settings and help installers with commissioning the boilers including weather compensation. 10 years warranty subject to T&Cs is good and shows confidence in the product.

Had my Ferroli boiler installed by a local gas engineer and it ended up breaking down in 24 hours - I was told by the installer it was a manufacturers error so I would have to contact ferroli. I contacted Ferroli and was told an engineer would contact me ASAP to book me in. Dave attended the day after I called and replaced the PCB which was indicated by the fault code but to his surprise the boiler still wasn’t working. It turned out that the condense pipe was ridiculously blocked which was the reason for the breakdown. Dave went above and beyond for me and 2.5 hours later and an extremely dirty stubborn job he cleared it all and after 5 days and being fobbed off by the installer I finally was able to have a hot bath and feel warm. I cannot recommend him enough and extremely grateful for his help and dedication even though it wasn’t even his job to be sorting that! Thank you, Dave. You’re a star and worth your weight in gold :-)

When my Ferroli boiler displayed an error code and stopped working, it was winter and my regular chap wasn't immediately available. So I called Ferroli HQ for help. I was offered a brief chat with their Technical department and John was absolutely outstanding. He calmed me and talked me through what the error code was and gave me the part number that I would need in the future when my own gas engineer was available.
Then, he directed me to my boiler and with a few quick and easy instructions he enabled me to get my boiler temporarily up and working again. I was truly grateful for his honesty and knowledge. But this wasn't a one off, as I had to call back (I'd put the part number in a safe place and couldn't find it when I needed to buy) so I called Ferroli again, and added my water hammer problem into the mix - this time I spoke with Dean and once again the advice was second to none. He talked through the issues, explained the possible causes (boiler related and non boiler related) and offered suggestions.
Ferroli - your guys in Tech really do know the meaning of customer service and aftercare. Thank you, it is so refreshing to speak to people who give you time and solutions.
Thank you John and Dean.

Mum had an issue with her boiler, no hot water and unsure if heating was about to pack up too. Called Ferroli and on the very same day Dave from Birmingham Boiler Repairs came out and sorted the problem! So relieved. Same day fix, very quick response and Dave is reliable and trustworthy. Great job all, thank you.

Just had another bad experience, 1 person answering the phone in Technical so been ringing for 3 days, on and off, about 3 hours of listening to music!! The women who i got through to was just so keen to slam the phone down on me when she heard my wound up, frustrated tone, it seemed she was just looking for an excuse, i really had to bite my tongue,,,A £20 sensor, NONE in the country anywhere , no choice but to pay over £325 for this part fitting by Ferroli or £285 for a one off repair. I really wish id never seen these boilers, its just one after the other.......

Ferroli optimax he25s. This was installed in 2009 and had nothing but trouble with it in the first 3 months. It came as part of the house we bought new. It Wouldnt heat. Kept giving error code after error code and 10 plumbers later a pump was installed in the hotpress to feed the last radiator downstairs. Anyway 12 years later except for a replacement thermistor and two plumber call outs- one in Nov 19 to fix a small leak in the boiler and one today to re-pressure the expansion vessel it's working fine. As I live in Ireland ferroli had just withdrawn their service engineers and only provided UK service in 2009. So back up for warranty was "sorry no we only do UK now". Any after all that it's given good value but it's a pity they don't have dedicated Irish customer service numbers like Worcester Bosch etc.

My boiler was displaying a fault that as not mentioned in trouble shooting section of manual. After several frantic attempts at randomly pushing buttons decide to call helpline for engineers. Expecting to be told "Sorry, can't help you". Instead a lovely man called Dean very kindly and patiently guided a frantic a teary me (coldest night of the year). I am so truly grateful for his help. He saved my sanity today. Heaven sent. Thank you so much Dean.👏

Dean, one of the Ferroli engineers, guided me through remotely, over the phone, and helped me to deal with minor fault. Really pleased. Thank you.

Had a Ferroli Optimax boiler, highly unreliable. During the warranty period it had a new heat exchanger, several replacement gaskets for the combustion chamber, replacement sensors and replacement wiring loom. The combustion chamber gasket would only last less than 12 months before failing, resulting in heat from the combustion chamber causing the insulation on the wiring loom to become brittle and flake off, which in turn caused lots of electrical issues. The heat also damaged the connectors on the sensors. Got so fed up with this piece of junk that I had it ripped out when it failed again out with the warranty period. I would never buy another product from this brand.

Neville you are an angel, thank you so much for your help, you have made a terrible year that little bit better. after being passed from pillar to post and being redirected hear there and everywhere, Ferroli have really come up trumps. im so grateful my boiler is working and im so relieved.
I've had a Ferroli boiler for 8 years no issues until recently when I got an undocumented error code A44. Booked a boiler repair for £300 upfront through Ferroli.co.uk. They took the money immediately but never bothered to reach out via email or phone. I waited for over a week then called. After conceding they dropped the ball, they scheduled an engineer for 2 days time. The morning of the repair Ferroli called to say the engineer couldn't make it. Ferroli then called to say an alternative engineer would call me that day to schedule an appointment for the following day - but he never did. However, the following day, the engineer did call me giving me 30mins notice he was on his way. So overall, I paid £300 upfront, waited 10+ days for an engineer to visit and got 30 mins notice. Poor at best and very complacent staff and service folk
