Big climb!
The pick up point was easy to find and a fun place for lunch.
The organisation of the tickets and guide with QR code worked well.
The QR code entry ticket worked with one exception we were sent off to ensure it was ad valid. It was so on we went.

Feel the city tours total rip off.
Brought a ticket for the mezquita cathedral in cordoba. Everything on the site looked like the real booking site for the cathedral. Nothing mentioned it was a third party site until the confirmation at the end. They charged nearly three times the price for the ticket. When I complained they stated extra cost was for organising the ticket. A total of 25 euros per ticket for 2 minutes work. No refund offered just a link to an official Spanish government site to complain. A total scam. Check very carefully before booking tickets.

The tickets I purchased for my group of 5 were way overpriced and they have a no refund policy. These same tickets through the official website of the museums would have been 1/5 the price they charged me. These same tickets Feel the City tours are very deceptive. Funny Host, Great Experience!
The tour guide that we had was so funny (I think his name was ruben? sorry i didn’t write it down!) he was very well informed on the tour and was clearly passionate about his job. Our group was very small, I think 6 people, so the tour was very easy to see and hear (supplemented by the radios and earbuds provided). I was very pleased with our experience.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my experience with Feel the City has been quite disappointing. After purchasing tickets for several tours through their platform, I don't really see any additional benefit that justifies paying a higher price compared to booking directly through the official websites.
In fact, the available time slots are often more limited than those offered on the official sites. Considering the higher price, I think they should at least offer more flexibility, such as the option to pay extra for a refundable ticket or to cancel a reservation up to 24 hours in advance.
The audio guides included through the app are decent, but nothing exceptional. They cover the main highlights, but the information can sometimes feel repetitive, with only a few additional interesting details. They also don't seem to be updated according to the works currently on display, which makes the experience less useful.
The map and navigation could also be significantly improved. It can be difficult to understand where you are and which section you should visit next. Having real-time location within the museum or attraction would make the guides much easier to follow.
There were also several occasions when I wanted information about a particular artwork or place and found nothing in the guide. In those situations, using AI to ask about what I was seeing actually provided a much better and more informative experience.
Overall, considering the premium price, I expected more added value, flexibility, and a better digital experience. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, and based on my experience, booking directly through the official websites would often be the better option.

Do not use Feel the City Tours
Do not use Feel the City Tours. We have had many experiences with tour companies. This one was probably not legit since the audio guide link did not work for any of the 4 of us. We communicated with the office and they did not have any answers. Afterward they offered a $10 refund. Cost was $76 p/p.
Louvre entree is $32. Audio guide is $6. You'll pay double with these guys and if there is a problem, they won't own up to the error (contacted them after the tour, too).
Lastly, do your homework on these guys, they have a very bad reputation (obviously we didn't and regret it).

A well organized tour.
Booking our tour of the Alcazar in Seville was very straightforward and the required clearances for entry were easy to follow and submit. The arrangements on the day were confirmed well in advance and well organized. Our only reservation was that the guide was delayed in arriving causing some anxiety with the group and as a consequence took a little time to get in to his stride with the tour. All in all a good morning and an unforgettable experience of this marvellous palace.

Avoid booking with this company
Googled Real Alcazar of Madrid and clicked on the first link which looked official, there was no indication that this was a third party website. I didn't realise until I received my tickets that I'd been conned out of an extra €50 as the tickets have €15,50 on each and I was charged €39,90. On further research I discovered that the official website was further down the search results.
When I emailed them to complain, I received an AI response within minutes trying to justify why they charge so much more.
All I can do now is hope that people learn from my mistake and don't get caught out by this 'vendor'.

Scam website that pops up in place of the real website. They must pay google a lot of money to be placed up front. Horrible experience. They do accommodate anything and the tickets are almost three times the Orin drive you can get directly from the Louvre.
