FedEx sucks !Ordered two of the exact same items…

Ordered two of the exact same items from the exact same seller and place , FedEx says they will arrive together in two boxes . Then FedEx shipped the two items separately in two different directions ???? FedEx sucks at doing their job !!! Will make sure ups handles all my shipping from now own !!!!! Do better !

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. MY AUTISTIC SON, WAS WAITING FOR A VERY SPECIAL PACKAGE. I LIVE IN MONTGOMERY, TX. FEDEX HAS THE GATE CODE TO GET UNTO OUR COMMUNITY, THE DRIVER DECIDED TO LEAVE THE PACKAGE UN FRONT OF THE MAIN GATE, SNAP A PICTURE AND SAID IT WAS DELIVERED. THE PACKAGE WAS STOLEN. HE WAITED FOR 6 MONTHS FOR THIS PACKAGE. THE COMPANY I WORK FOR SENDS ME PACKAGES THEOU FEDEX AND I DONT GET THEM. THEY DRIVE THOUGHT OUR COMMUNITY I HAVE VIDEO OF THEM DRIVING. I ALSO HAVE THE PICTURES OF THE PACKAGE LEFT AT THE FRONT GATE.

I have contacted fedex about my parcel…

I have contacted fedex about my parcel on the 3rd June I gave them the shipping number and the courier sent a email saying it was for delivery then he sent another one to my mobile saying it was delivered and someone signed for it and I have been arguing with them to get it back but they're no doing it

I am extremely disappointed in this…

I am extremely disappointed in this company. My package was literally a couple blocks away from where I live and then out of nowhere now it’s delayed delivery and I have to wait a whole other day for my package. Worst service, worst drivers ever in history of Postal Service.

Horrible delivery service - do not use

I paid $45 to have FedEx deliver a document the next day. They delivered it TWO days late and are now telling me the global company they were delivering it to had no one there at 4:50pm. I purposely did not require a signature and believe me, there were people working there at 4:50pm. What a joke that FedEx now refuses to refund me for a service NOT executed. I DO NOT recommend using this delivery service. It's terrible and you should find other resources.

FedEx is the absolute worse

FedEx is the absolute worse. The shop paid for 2 day delivery. It was supposed to be here by 1:50 pm. Now tracking states by ,8pm. Some people have to work and can't stay up until 8 pm. I doubt it will even be delivered today. It was an expensive item. FedEx doesn't give a crap . They are the absolute worse delivery service ever. Most of the time they chunk my item over my next door neighbors fence, even though my address is clearly marked. I can guarantee I will file a suit against this sorry business.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with FedEx’s service. On two separate occasions, my packages were delivered to the wrong address. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I never received a proper delivery confirmation email with a clear photo showing the package at my actual residence.

After I filed a complaint, the photos that were provided as proof of delivery did not match my door and did not show my apartment number. These images failed to verify where the packages were actually delivered and only raised more concerns about the reliability of FedEx’s delivery process.

Customers trust FedEx to deliver packages accurately and to provide valid proof of delivery. In my experience, FedEx failed to meet those expectations. Delivering packages to the wrong address twice and providing inadequate delivery evidence is unacceptable. I hope FedEx improves its delivery verification procedures and takes greater accountability for delivery errors.

Can't Manage Delivery

Can't Manage Delivery, EVER. " We're unable to retrieve delivery options right now. Please try again later. " This is what it always says. Never changes. Then it tells you to use the optiont o manage a single delivery as a guest, doesn't tell you how, can't find any information on it anywhere, especially not on their own website beause of course not. FedEx ******** sucks so amazingly back, but really, every company does, always. Their job isn't to do their job, it is to frustrate you so you give up trying to solve the problems they create and sell your personal information because that is the only way every single company makes money. What they puportedly do is just a front. **** you FedEx, ***** you for your broken uselessness.

Careless delivery

I like how they handled the delivery timing and the delivery person was kind to notify me when they were here. But they returned my suitcases worn out and very dirty (black smudges all over a cyan suitcase).

Once again Fed Ex has trying to deliver…

Once again Fed Ex has trying to deliver a package from the local facility for 5 days. Everyday I get a message it is on truck to be delivered today. 5 days in a row. No package. Calling them did no good. Completely incompetent

Pickups not Honored and Customer Service Line is a Joke

I have scheduled two pickups overseas and a driver never showed up to the location. When I called the FedEx customer service line for assistance, the automated system hangs up on me because my issue isn't something it's programmed for. This setup is abysmal, and I won't be using FedEx again.

Poor Communication and Unprofessional…

Poor Communication and Unprofessional Payment Process

I was never informed in advance that I would need to pay 410 NIS in customs and clearance fees. No email, SMS, or official payment notification was sent.

When the driver arrived, he was not driving a FedEx vehicle and had no card payment terminal. I was asked to provide my credit card details so they could be given to someone else for payment processing. This immediately raised security concerns.

The issue is not the charge itself, but the complete lack of communication and the unprofessional payment procedure. Customers deserve clear advance notice and secure payment options.

Very disappointing experience. I expected much better from FedEx

Sending a gift internationally

Sending a gift internationally. Online tool 0's out all costs and values incorrectly causing delays unnecessarily. Then when attempting tk resolve it nobody followed what anybody else was doing. Finally get it sorted just to see it delayed again. Called customer service 2 separate call, 8 transfers and 9 requests for a supervisor before I actually got one. Whatever you do dont use fed ex

I have waited in for two attempted…

I have waited in for two attempted deliveries and both times they have said they put a card through the door and both times they have not. I have cameras all around the house and at no time did they attempt to deliver.
This is such a poor service as Amazon gave me a delivery date and yet still not arrived. Very very poor service with no customer service available to speak to!!

I was stalked by a driver for fedex. Filed a complaint on April 21, 2026. Updated complaint on April 22 2026. Filed a police report on April 22 2026. Called 911 on April 27 2026. I'm a disabled senior and I felt threatened and scared. To date I believe the driver still drives by my house stalking me
