Ordered the Cheltenham on line, stock was showing as the last one and at check out the completion of the sale failed. I thought I'd missed out but the next day they sent me and invoice. I called just to ensure it wasn't a scam and was reassured. The furniture turned up 2 days later and was delivered by a really helpful courier. The furniture was packed really well. There were a few assembly challenges but nothing that couldn't be sorted. Incredibly comfortable - so much so my husband slept on it all night! E

Great product. Looks better than the advert, really thick cushions, and very easy to put together. Quick delivery to. Highly recommend.

We ordered the Ludlow 8 piece aluminium corner set in latte colour.
The colour choice was a big thing for us as I’d literally searched the entire web for something that looked different.
Ordering was quick and easy, comms regarding delivery (I needed to delay it slightly) were prompt and helpful. Delivery was bang on time, no ‘waiting in all day’.
Once opened, we were amazed that all the seating is all one piece, so no assembly! Each table just needed the legs screwing on but that was simple. The quality of the frames, cushions and tables are better than expected. But for us, the colour is what makes this set stand out.
Great furniture at an amazing price….I’d go as far to say it’s too good to be true.

From the initial contact I made with FeatureDECO enquiring about the Hampton furniture set that was in transit they were polite, informative and helpful. When I placed the order I was kept updated at every stage. I was notified when the set had been dispatched and was pleasantly surprised to take delivery of the set just 2 days later. The set itself is wonderful, very well made, the cushions are lovely and thick and very comfortable to sit on. Even my dog approves! I can't wait to use this set more over the summer, thank you FeatureDeco.

Had an awful experience with another retailer where I waited nearly 4 months for my furniture, I said never again will I buy from online without seeing and feeling the furniture, I googled showrooms and this future Deco came up and literally 10 minutes away from me, I went straight over and to my utter surprise there were loads of gorgeous sets already made for people to view, I found something I loved immediately, at an amazing price, delivery would have been 2 to 7 days but I asked if I could collect the next day, Zuleika the sales advisor said yeah no problem, so from. Viewing to collecting was less than 24 hours, why the hell I had waited 4 months to find these guys is beyond me, the packages opened and all contents checked, the instructions were so easy, non of this loads of different screw sizes to work through, just 2 sizes, it was so simple to assemble and the instructions were fantastic, this purchase was flawless, and the product was fantastic and amazing quality, thanks again I’m really happy

We looked for ages for a garden set and couldn’t make up our minds between metal and rattan so the one we picked from feature deco was perfect mix of the two . Very good quality and colour. Very pleased with it.

I was looking for new garden furniture set as our old rattan set has served us good few years and fell apart. It was important to me that the new set is comfortable, has a fire pit table and can comfortably sit up to 8 people. Now, let me tell you, the set from FeatureDECO is absolutely ticking all of the boxes! It's not only giving that luxury modern vibe but is also the most comfortable to sit and entertain on. It was also very easy to assemble (1 female putting all together) and customer service was absolutely fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very helpful people. Very good quality. Have not taken the cushions out the bag yet as I’m afraid to ruin them but very easy to assemble and looks lovely.
