Ordered online and delivered quicker than expected by the third party delivery company. The driver called a short time before arriving and delivered to the door as described. Really happy with the product it looks great on our decking ready for summer. Good quality and should last a number of years. I found one cushion had lacked packaging inside the box & had a mark from transit, so I contacted Feature Deco who advised me on washing it and refunded me a small amount as a gesture. No other issues & happy with their quick customer service response.

Ordered our new garden furniture after spending many months shopping around to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Ordered on the Tuesday, arrived on a Friday. Really well packaged and fantastic quality at a fraction of the cost. So happy, would definitely recommend!

We needed to replace our garden corner set and spent ages choosing. This set is a big improvement on the old one and we’re delighted with it. Nice and chunky, very comfy and we’ve had a few afternoons using it already.

I was worried buying online and especially when the item was described as display but I cannot fault the quality, it is excellent. The delivery was quick and efficient and well within the timeframe stated.

We just bought our second set from feature deco, first one last us nearly 10 years and our new one is gorgeous. Quality for the price can’t be beat!

Brought the Cheltenham grand aluminium set. Very pleased with it. 1 swivel chair had a crack on one of the joints and this was replaced straight away. GREAT customer service. I was very worried about ordering online especially at that price point and the showroom being over 3 hours away from us but searched online reviews etc. also gave them a call and asked for photos to be sent of the one in the show room and they done this straight away. Overall very happy with the service and the set looks great.

Great service from FeatureDeco. I initially went into the show room and they were very helpful answering all my questions. I then ordered pergola and garden furniture on line. Delivery was swift. I recommend this company.

The whole order process was easy, delivery prompt and i absolutely love my patio furniture Edinburgh 7PC Rope Outdoor Garden Sofa Dining Set with Stone Effect Glass Top. Only the table needed minimum assembly which was easy and ive had a few lovely days of weather to enjoy it.
Im not sure if you can get clips to secure it as it does move about a lot but i like how you can easily change it around into different positions.
Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use featureDeco again.

Ordered the 5 seater Lotus corner sofa and coffee table set in March and FeatureDeco very kindly agreed to let us keep it in their warehouse (we were going away at the time of ordering and needed a few weeks to prepare the space where it was to go.) On requesting delivery it was very straightforward and the item looks every bit as good as it did on their website. Was also very pleased to take advantage of the 20% introductory offer that was running at the time of order. I haven’t seen anything in a similar price bracket online that looks as good as this set and looking forward to seeing if it is as comfortable as it looks!

We purchased the Fulham recliner sofa setand a pergola with curtains, they arrived quickly and we were so impressed with the quality!!!! They are have elevated our garden and have become the reason we soend more time outside!! Definetly reccomend both as the quality of the products is beyond expectations!

The garden set was perfect and we were pleasantly surprised at how good the overall quality of the furniture was. Super quick delivery and the delivery drivers even brought it through and up into our garden. Excellent service all round. Very much recommended.
