I am loving my new garden furniture, it looks great, dead easy to construct and comfy! The only thing I'm worried about is when constructing it, it would appear that the pilot holes put in by the company weren't bit enough to take the screw into the wood because it did split the leg a little on multiple legs. I've put some wood glue on the split but I wasn't too pleased that it happened.

Great customer service, had a few queries re delivery and they resolved quickly.
Furniture is lovely, well made and comfortable

We're really pleased the Newcastle corner sofa set we bought. The instructions to put it together were detailed and the quality of the materials very good. We were slightly concerned that the wood effect aluminium table top would look chap or fake but it's very realistic and looks great. The cushions are really deep and comfortable. We've also had some really heavy rain showers recently and the water just ran off them, leaving them dry almost instantly. All in all, the furniture and quality for the price is excellent. Delivery was also quick and trouble free. There's nothing I can fault.

Great experience buying from featureDECO. Great price for a top quality product. Easy ordering, great communication and fast straight forward delivery. Drivers called in advance so we knew exactly when they would arrive. I would definitely recommend featureDECO to friends and family.

After lots of research for the right product, I chose these guys.
I took a trip to there showroom where they have lots to look and and try.
We were helped by a lovely lady, can't remember her name . She was very accommodating and helped us with all question, her knowledge was brilliant.
Lots of advice and guidance given. No hard selling.
All orders are done online.
My order came with no issue, delivered on time slot given.
Very minimal effort needed to assemble. I did this on my own.
The quality is fantastic. Cushions are thick and all weather.
The rattan is not cheap like places such as B&Q and The Range.
This is high quality!!!!
It is slightly more expensive. However, it is worth every penny.

Fantastic product for the price. More value for money than other online furniture stores. We bought a 7 piece modular set and we couldn’t be more impressed. The covers of the pillows are all machine washable which takes away the stress. Beautiful quality.

Very sharp and dangerous edges to the kingswinford garden furniture,I actually cut my leg on the side of the small stool. The table has rough/chipped edges and a poor spray repair to the top

The furniture is really good quality and looks great, and I thought it was good value for money compared to other sites I looked at. The customer service was a little bit patchy but everything turned up on time, as agreed and the delivery company were courteous and rang me to tell me they were on their way. So overall a positive experience and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

We purchased a corner garden sofa and cover. The communication was great from start to finish, I had to delay a delivery and they were very accommodating. Zuleika was very helpful.
The quality of the sofa is very good and looks fantastic. The cover is a great fit, we've even ordered another one to cover our bbq area. Highly recommend FeatureDeco! We found their prices very competitive.

We bought our garden furniture from feature DECO in Feb & with the lovely weather we've had recently finally had chance to use it. The suite is very comfortable & well made & looks great in my garden.
We had no problems with ordering in fact we went to the unit to view the suite before we purchased. We ordered online & it was delivered a couple of weeks later as it was February we wasn't in a rush for it & there was plenty of stock.
Looking forward to a comfier chill out in my garden this summer on my nice new suite.

Lovely garden furniture seating set - had the modern look we were after and was very comfortable (we sat on a lot of uncomfortable ones in the research process!) .
Took a while to put together, but was pretty straightforward- it did need 2 of us though.
Delivery company were excellent- very careful with the product and also our property.
Dropped 1 star as the external packaging was not great, but the product was fine inside and in perfect condition.

Second one we’ve bought and would buy from featuredeco again.

The new furniture came in damaged boxes with screws missing, along with scratches on the furniture. I source some screws myself and just accepted the damage.

The two delivery men threw it around like it was a rag doll and one of them tried to carry a box on his own and dropped it.

We bought the Ludlow corner sofa - beautiful modern design and really deep comfortable cushions - beautiful furniture - delivery only took a couple of days - highly recommend the company and the furniture
