Ordered wedding favours for our wedding next year! They are perfect, exactly what I ordered. Have been spending the evenings putting them all together and they look amazing. Highly recommend the favour fairy 5* quality products received.

I had no issues at all from ordering right through to delivery. The labels are the perfect size for Mini Love Hearts and the quality is fantastic. They were delivered on time as expected.

Outstanding customer service and great truffles!! We ordered truffles for our wedding about a month in advance. The order was held back for us so we got them nice and fresh the week before. Great communication from the start and really friendly person. Most importantly the truffles were really good! Great selection of flavours and all the guests got through them quickly. Thank you

Not impressed at all. We ordered chocolate hearts, chose Royal Mail 48 tracked shipping at checkout and were charged a surcharge for Highlands and Islands. Queried this as a note on the order - as Royal Mail services are flat rate and there IS NO SURCHARGE for different areas of Scotland. No response from the company at all and charged £8.50 for a small parcel weighing around 600g. We are a business ourselves and know the rates. We would have been interested in regular orders for our chocolate supplies, but the lack of response and extortionate postage has put us off and we will not be placing any further orders.

I have ordered Christmas favours from Favourfairy for a number of years now. This year however, the delivery took longer than usual. Within 10 minutes of tracking the delivery I had a telephone call to say that the couriers still hadn't been to collect the parcel and that someone would drive over a deliver the chocolates in person, which they duly did today. This, to me, goes way beyond what I would expect of a company, so 12 out of 10 for customer service. Thank you :-)

Excellent service. I ordered heart Swiss chocolates for my daughters favours, they are lovely to look at and taste great. Thanks for a fast and efficient service.

Ordered party fillers for my daughters birthday, which never arrived, so had an upset 4yr old emailed them to be told i can pay £10.50 to get my items sent out again when i already paid for delivery for my items , just waiting for the refund now ..... what a joke..... would I recommend this company? Absolutely not.

We ordered chocolates for our wedding favours and couldn't be happier! Prompt delivery, all of high standard and proud to have them in our favours! Would recommend to anyone looking!

I ordered some tea light gel candles, with little shells inside. And they are absolutely beautiful. Everyone asks where I got them.

Ordered a few samples for an upcoming event- this was the first time I have tried Favour Fairy and all I can say is that i have just placed my order for the actual event with them. The Swiss Milk chocolates are divine... creamy and rich and just the right amount of sweet. Ordered samples in a few foil colours and all of them were were pretty.
Tried the alcohol free truffles and they came beautifully wrapped. The raspberry and triple chocolate were my favourites.
The service was excellent, I had forgotten mention that these were samples and when I wanted them. The company contacted me to clarify these details and then sent me the samples straightaway. Based on the samples and service so far, I would definitely recommend them.... I am certainly looking forward to receiving my order.

The service we have received from everyone at Favour Fairy has been excellent. Emails have been replied to quickly, even when they were busy relocating. We are now in our 2nd month of a rolling contract/order and are extremely happy. The truffles we get are beautiful and the box has been personalised with our company logo. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered some truffles ready to send out with our wedding invitations. They came very well packaged, within a couple of days from order.
We obviously ordered enough to taste test before sending and wow, we were not disappointed! They are absolutely delicious. Each one tasted like its individual flavour and so luxurious. I was a little worried about some containing alcohol as often this can overpower but honestly, these were beautiful.
Will definitely be recommending favour fairy and will be buying again closer to the wedding, for guests unable to attend.
