I am writing again another bad review on this company. After my last review I had received confirmation of a full refund after about 5 emails. I am now waiting 3 weeks for my refund and have sent many emails with no reply. This is just a disgrace and I would never recommend anyone to order from here. WHAT A SCAM!!
Once again I am having a problem with the service of this company! It is disgusting that I have to wait weeks on end for my parcel to arrive for it to be poor quality and sent it back straight away for a refund.
No surprises when I didn't get any confirmation that they had received my item back, until I HAD TI CHASE THEM via email again. After around 10 emails I finally got a response to tell me there is a wait for refund (granted) but I shall receive my full refund before the 17/10/2017.
SHOCK! They have not processed my refund and I am being ignored again via email.
This is like stealing customers money!!!!! It is disgusting and I will be taking it further as that is my money that should of now been given back to me. WHAT A SCAM!!!

Placed my order 4 weeks ago & still have not received anything. I have not had a confirmation email nor an email from Hermes with a tracking number?! I've sent emails to the customer service team but no reply. $81 came straight out of my account 4 weeks ago and I have just been left in the dark regarding my order! Absolutely appalling service & looking through the reviews it looks like I am not the only one with these problems. Regret purchasing from this dodgy website!!!!!

Terrible experience buying from here
I have had a terrible experience buying from here. For a start I received a damaged product which also didn't look like the picture online. I contacted them wanting a refund and was told to return the product to them and that I would receive a full refund and that they would refund the money for the return postage as the item was damaged. I then spent £11 returning the item and have since been told by them that they won't refund me for the return postage cost! I also haven't even received my refund for the faulty item. It says on their website that refunds are meant to take 14 days and yet I've been waiting 25 days. They are extremely unresponsive to emails, a lot of my emails have been completely ignored leaving me having to email repeatedly to get a response. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from here

This website is getting reported, 3 weeks waiting for delivery, taken the £68 straight away when the website states 10 day delivery. One reply from customer services to say I would receive tracking number from Hermes last week which I’m still waiting for.
If my £68 isn’t in my bank account tomorrow I’m reporting the website to the police and the financial ombudsman.

Made an order about a week ago and paid through PayPal- although I immediately received a PayPal receipt I have reciieved no confrontation email of my order. I have attempted to email the company however the email bounced leading me to think it's a false address. I have used the websites live chat and received no response and also left a message on instagram which you've deleted. Disgusting. I've now also been blocked which is absolutely pathetic but not to worry! I've paid with PayPal so il be filing a dispute and you won't be keeping my money.

Ordered in March never received clothes or refund for them .
I ordered my clothes back in March . I never received my clothes, when I asked the company about it they said the package was lost in shipping and that I would get a refund. I am still waiting of that refund. It's been months and I've been in on and off correspondence with costumer service. At this point I'm very fed up and would like my refund so I never have to deal with this company again. Please do not waste your time ordering from them . I have ordered from this company twice now and I don't know why I did after my first experience was just as bad as this one. The items you receive most of the time look nothing like the picture advertised on their website and instagram page. Delivery takes weeks as they say they are waiting for the item to be 'made' or sent to them yet they take payment straight away. The items I received this time were of shocking quality and I have spent nearly £200 on this order. I decided to keep one top and sent the rest back for a refund as the items were falling apart. They are not cheap. It's a scam. I have been emailing their customer services but as echoed in previous reviews, they have been ignoring me ever since I returned then but emailed back before the items were received when chasing delivery. I can see the items have veen received by them on 11th August and signed for.

Do not order from this website!
I ordered two tops in May and returned them as they were unsuitable. I returned them via royal mail tracked which showed they had been successfully returned however I have received no refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact them they repeatedly ignored my requests and I still have no refund.

Absolutely disgusting!!!
I ordered a sequin skirt, I sent a quick message on the Instagram account to ask if it would be here by the date I needed it (nearly 2 weeks after ordering) and got a very fast reply telling me if I wrote the date I needed it by in the notes section when ordering then it would come in time, so I ordered it... surprisingly it was LATE!! It came days after I needed it! When it came it was very very poor quality! It looked like it had been made by a group of 5 year olds in an art class! Very cheap looking and I would not have worn it (even if i received it in time)! So I returned it on Monday, I sent it tracked and signed for! They received it and SIGNED FOR IT on Wednesday 9th August (2 days after I sent it).. it's now the 22nd August and I still haven't received a refund. I sent them an email asking why I hadn't received a refund and I was told they had nothing under my name! I sent them proof of delivery that they had actually signed for it and surprisingly no reply!! I sent Instagram messages and was ignored so I thought I'd leave a comment on one of their post! My comment was deleted and I was blocked!!! So I'm now blocked and still haven't received my refund. I have proof that they have received my parcel so I will be going to the trading standards! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Looking at these reviews it seems they rip off everybody and I'd advise everybody to contact the trading standards and hopefully have this awful company closed!!! I will be warning every person I know not to use this company!!!!

Awful company
Ordered a large amount of clothes for my holiday, had to remind them 4 weeks after ordering them that they still weren't here and they said they would send them in 2 lots of parcels and i only ever received 1 parcel. Sent some items back as they didn't fit right/ didn't look how they did on the picture at the start of june, it is now August and i haven't had a refund or any acknowledgement of having received the items despite me sending it first class and signed for. They have now just completely stopped replying to all my emails and have blocked me off instagram. What an awful company with completely unprofessional customer care i just want my money back.

Pass off product photos as their own
Stole my Instagram photo to pass of as their own with no credit and I'm sure they've done this to others. Looks like they just steal others photos and send cheap products from China (so no effort on their part).

NO EMAIL OR REFUND OF RETURNED ITEMS!!!!
When I ordered my items which cost me nearly £200, I took into consideration it might take 3-4 weeks for my parcel to be delivered which it did. Only a couple items suited my figure which is fair enough.
I returned the items Royal Mail first class tracked and signed costing me £8.50 thinking it's the safest and fasted way hoping I'd receive a fast refund as I was going on holiday the next week and had to reorder new outfits. Obviously this never happened, I'm now back from holiday and still haven't heard a thing, even though I have emailed fashion prescriptions customer care page 5 times including the proof of signature,date and time of when it was delivered on July 11th 2017 it's now the 31st July.
I'm never one to complain but when your owed over £100 and there's not even an email saying they received the parcel it's just bad customer service. It's a shame as there's generally nice pieces of clothes on the website and would of brought again if I knew the exchange and refund procedure was relabel.

£39.99 subscription
I have recently undertaken the £39.99 subscription to have £80 worth of clothes sent to me each month. In my first package I was extremely happy with two items, they were very me!! However the third one was damaged and didn't cover me at all... I emailed the company and was told I would get an extra item in my next package. I just received the second package and I don't know what to think. In my subscription I preferred not to receive specific colours of clothing... I received an entirely bright yellow two piece which I requested not to have (the colour)... MOREOVER the waist high skirt of the two piece didn't even cover my bum!!!! Therefore I simply cannot wear it! Another bodysuit I received also had a hole in the croutch and was massive when I stated a size 6/8.
Finally I received a lovely two piece, however it would probably suit someone better with a bigger bust! However; I do like the item and will happily adjust the straps myself!
Notifications on package dismissal and postage are accurate and allow me to know when the package is due!
For the subscriptions the brand should definitely require more detail for the sizing of clothes, like asking for the customers exact measurements as all clothing items vary!! This would save disspointment of ill-fitted items!

Awful! Ordered a bikini and sunglasses the sunglasses never arrived and I'm currently battling to get my money back! And the bikini fit horribly and was meant to arrive on the 30th as promised but didn't arrive till the 10th the following month! Don't order from here girls! Honestly not worth the hassle!

Absolutely disgusted with this company, the clothes are of a cheap quality. I joined the £39.99 subscription service. They claim they will email you a tracking number when the item has been sent - however this did not happen. They also say you will get a code for 20% off, though to get this i had to request it as it wasn't given to me. Cancelling the service is proving to be difficult i have been trying to email to cancel for two weeks and still haven't had confirmation this has been done. They have charged my account even after requesting to cancel. It's not taken out via a direct debit so i cant cancel this with my bank.
