I ordered a dress from here back in early January which did not arrive. After multiple times chasing the dress I was informed it was out of stock, so I requested a refund as it was no longer needed. After multiple times requesting a refund I was informed that it would take up to 14 days to be processed WHICH IT NEVER WAS. After waiting 16 days I chased the refund again to be told it had be processed to my card on the 22/02... funny because I paid via paypal? The customer service is disgusting, the company will LIE about where the products are and LIE about when they will be processing refunds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Its a real shame as the clothes are lovely, but they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional which seems to be the general reputation for them now.

Item took over 3 weeks to arrive when it did it looked nothing like the picture on the website. After i returned the item they ignored my emails then pretended that they never received the item !! SCAMMERS .

My daughter bought a jacket which took 4 weeks to be delivered and this was only because she emailed multiple times to chase it. Once it arrived she wore it twice and one of the pockets came away at the side on the seam, the zip broke and fell off, the other pocket had a hole in it too and it hadn't even been washed. She had it less than a week and it is faulty. She's emailed about the faulty item and they've not even bothered to reply which is awful. She's 18 years old and doesn't have money to burn. You should be ashamed of yourselves. DO NOT order from this company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. PLEASE do not waste your time. I did all the work for you and wasted over $100 on this s--- company to only receive s--- items I could've ordered myself for 50 cents on Aliexpress. Please do yourself a favor and do not indulge in their bs. I cancelled my fake blog subscription with them by canceling my credit card they were using and they had the audacity to ask for my new number after they failed to actually send me my products. I'm begging you to listen to these reviews and save your precious money :)

An absolute crap company, products are the worst quality, sizing is all wrong as its probably all imported from China, customer service is dreadful, they don't answer emails until I opened a case against them with Pay Pal, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS, one of the worst companies that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

Still waiting for a refund from items sent back in December. No communication from Fashion Prescription whatsoever.

If i could give a rating of less than one, I would.
I ordered a coat worth 45£ for xmas in a size 6/ small.
What arrived was a size large. I contacted them for an exchange, sent the coat back on the 3rd of January, first class delivery. I was promised a refund for the postal cost of sending the coat back, & was told I’d be notified when the coat arrived back to them. 3 weeks later I’d heard nothing, & after tracking the parcel I found it had arrived their warehouse on the 4th of January - a day after sending it off.

After much back & forthing, I was finally granted an exchange one week later (4 weeks after the coat had been sent back by myself). The coat has arrived - reeks of B.O. & has a stain on the inside but I can’t spend another 4 weeks trying to get an exchange.

Furthermore, I was straightout refused a refund by them as I was “over the refund date”. Had they answered my emails sooner / not tried to get away with not sending me an exchange, I would have been able to have a refund.

I am yet to get a refund for the £5 I spent on postage which I was promised by Sarah I’d get back.

Terrible company, would never ever use again & I warn you not to either!!

Signed up for their monthly beauty subscription costing £19.99, to which i received a set of cheap brushes.
I decided to cancel in November 17, and informed them correctly via email and had a response. They proceed to take money out in December 17, and again in Jan 18.
Contact subscriptions to be told they cant refund my money (even though they had owned up to it being their mistake they did cancel my subscription) and said i need to order something from their store with my money they had taken out my account.
Due to this being completely unacceptable, I have emailed them constantly for the past 2 weeks, to which I've had no reply.
Pretty sure it is against the law to take my money after my subscription has been requested to be cancelled and to not even reply to my emails is absolutely disgusting.
This is being taken to a private company to investigate.

ordered 2 items at the beginning of november, i was aware the delivery time was quite long so left it for about a month and when i had still not heard anything i emailed to query this, but no reply! I email twice more still with no reply! in order to get their attention I had to raise a concern with paypal! this also resulted in no response so messaged them on instagram! it is now the middle of january and i have only just received my order 2 and a half months after first ordering! This is the worst service i have a levee received from an online clothing store! They have offered store credit as a way of saying sorry however the amount of time it took for me to recieve my order in the first place i don't think i'll bother! Have returned everything i've ever bought from there as it's all poor quality! If i could give 0 stars i would!

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating, this company is a complete joke and DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM THEM. I ordered a jumper on the 3rd Dec, it is now over 7 weeks later and I still have not received my jumper or any information to suggest my jumper has been dispatched. Contacting them over email has been a nightmare as the quickest response I have received from them has been after 4 days.. and all they keep asking me is if I want a refund or if I still want the jumper.. This company is a scam!

I cannot understand how it is even legal to take a customers money and not deliver the item. To then just to blatantly refuse to respond to my emails to resolve the issue. The company does not have a phone number to contact either. I have no idea about the quality of their items because I'm yet to receive one!!

is the worse clothing company, there clothes are cheap, they take money from your account and refuse to give refunds. then block you from there page. i wouldnt suggest anyone to buy there clothing or sign up for a subscription with them.

Absolutely appalling service and quality. Spent a lot with them, received very very poor quality clothing, I ordered the “suede boots” which can only be described as plastic smelling Lycra, after complaining via email the name of the boots was quickly rectified online however I was refused a refund and given a voucher to spend online, to which I got a coat for £45 extremely poor quality, looks like felt. However my main reason for the bad review is the fact that they had charged me twice for the subscription and after sending emails forwards and back for 2 months still no refund!! It seems complaining on here is the only way complaints are resolved. Do not use this website.

My daughter has waited more than 28days for a refund AFTER not receiving what she originally ordered !!! Been bounced to different people, still awaiting refund !!!

This company is a joke! I ordered a Gilet at the start of October which took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it arrived it looked nothing like the image and was awful quality! Sent it back and they said it would take 10 days to process the refund then when I emailed after 10 days they said that they had typed my card details in wrong so it would now take a further 10 days to process it. It’s now over 6 weeks since I returned the item and I have not received my refund. Do not buy from them.

Disgusting company!! Shame I didn’t look on here before purchasing from them! Ordered 2 coats coming to over £100, returned them as they were cheap! Paid £13 for signed and tracked service, they have been signed for but funnily enough fashion prescription say they have never received them..... which seems to be common trend when reading the other reviews! Now going to be taking this up with trading standards!

If i could rate as a - i would! Absolutely awful customer service, appalling at responding to any emails.. still have not had my money back for returning the item in october!!! Will never ever use the company again.

If I could mark less than one star I would! Absolutely awful service. I returned an item which was tracked, Fashion Presicption signed for it. They then told me I wasn’t on their returns system and I haven’t had my refund! They are terrible at replying to your emails, and do not have a contact number.

I will never order from them again and I will be taking this situation further! Appalling!

SCAM. Ordered something. Emailed them because my girlfriend had already ordered it to not bother delivering it and they said I'd get a refund. I have been told that the refund has been processed, but shock. It hasn't.
