After a rocky first experience I was quite disheartened.

However after speaking to the company they quickly turned this around! I was unhappy with my first parcel but they sent out something the NEXT DAY and I loved it. They are so happy to help if you just communicate well with them! :)

I really feel like the service was rectified and am now a happy customer :)

Absolute joke. Don’t waste your money. I spent £50 about 5 weeks ago and haven’t seen my order at all. Not a single email to tell me it’s been dispatched. I’ve emailed them over 10 times and they have completely ignored me. Wouldn’t waste your time or money the company is clearly run by incompetent, money grabbing people who don’t care if you get your order or not. Daylight robbery. I’m in the process of reporting them to trading standards and starting small claims court to get my money back. DON’T BOTHER! Bet they will reply to me when they see this!

I ordered the ‘Be Mine’ bodysuit on the 16th of May & I am still yet to receive my order. I have been advised this has been sent out 3 times after lots of emails - now the company are ignoring me & refusing to contact me or refund my money.

This evening they have decided to block me on social media and I have noticed they have blocked my email address - as I emailed from another and received the bounce back email.

Let’s see what their regulators say about their shameful service.

I have also put in a complaint to PAYPAL and have all the evidence they will need to show this company are hiding something!

I had ordered an item about a week ago and had no dispatch email so I emailed FP and received an email saying that they would put me priority on the list for delivery and have just had a message today saying that i will receive my item in a couple of days! thankyou so much:-)

I ordered from Fashion Prescription 2 years ago and I totally forgot about their store until I saw them on Instagram again! I ordered a beautiful
Bikini and some clothes with a 30% off code they gave their followers on Instagram. My stuff arrived today and I am so so happy with the quality and I am in love with the bag it came in! The package is so cool. I also got some eyelashes and the case is lovely.

Deffo recommend to all my friends and even if some of the reviews are bad! We all complain but make the judgement for yourself as everyone’s experience is different.

Been shopping with these from the start and I love all their items.
I ordered two bikinis a week ago and they arrived today and they are really good quality and differnt to anything on the high street
Really happy with my purchase and shall be shopping again soon!

I had a slight problem with my delivery but emailed them to resolve the issue and they replied INSTANTLY and dealt with the problem!

Nice stuff, but you can get all the stuff from there from eBay for a quarter of the price and the same quality! Rip off!

I placed an order over two weeks ago and have been emailing chasing up my order, however, still NO response. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service (actually non service) that I have received. Fashion prescription have over £100 of my money and I still have no product.

I go on holiday at the beginning of next week and the clothes bought are for my hen do. I am guessing they won't arrive in time!

I think it’s time I take this further and take them to the small claims court. Shame on them!

I am updating my review as placed my order two months ago I received three of the items as one was pre order... this is fine but not stated when placing the order. I have emailed them about 4 times regarding my final item and yet to this day I’ve still not had a response.

I am sick of having to chase this company - do NOT use them!

100% taking this to a small claims court. I have given them chance after chance to rectify this....they do not care about their customers.

I had a last minute holiday booked. Ordered some amazing outfits from FP and can I say ...LIFE SAVERS...... All my outfits came in time and fitted perfectly. The quality was better than what I expected and I looked banging on my holiday. I'm so impressed....thank you fashion prescription.

So glad to have found Fashion Prescription. The clothes are fab and customer service are extremely helpful. Will definitely be buying again.

AVOID! I ordered a swimsuit off this website which arrived completely cheap looking and different to the picture. I could see it was super small and the catch on the back looked so cheap I didn't even try it on. I send the swimsuit back and 3 weeks later no refund. I then have to email them to ask why and I get passed on to various different people and pretty much ignored. They then tell me they don't do returns on swimsuits and apparently it's in their terms and conditions. Well... I don't know about you but I don't look on clothes websites terms and conditions particularly and there was absolutely no information about the no returns when I went to order the swimsuit. It was not made clear AT ALL and if it did state this in the checkout process I would not have bought the swimsuit. I am now £33 down with absolutely no item and no email back???

This is not okay and I will be taking this further. Shocking. It was my first time buying and I am super disappointed.

I cannot stress how awful this service has been. I have emailed more than 30 times. And I am not getting very far. I originally placed my order beginning of May. I emailed 2 weeks later on the 18th May, as I still didn't hear any confirmation regarding my parcel. I was told it was with my Hermes, to then tell me they had lost my parcel. As distressed in every email I sent previous. I was going on holiday and needed my items for then, I am a student and the last thing I can be doing is to be out of pocket to a business which isn't sticking to their policy.

I am constantly having to email a number of times before getting a response. Then I am having to repeat myself as every time I do finally get a response it is a different member of staff asking the same thing. So frustrating. On the 6th June, I finally asked to cancel my order and get my full money back. After another 5 emails. We finally came to a conclusion. On the 8th June, I spoke to Sarah and was promised a full refund. You promised there and then it has been processed and I will receive my money in 14 working days. Since, I have sent ANOTHER 6 emails. And haven't had one single response.
I cannot stress enough how frustrating this is for me.
I think it is awful this business is getting away with doing this to their customers, we are loosing out on money because of your bad business service. Reading reviews, they seem to be doing this to most customers.

I really dont have words for how awful this company is!! Just horrendously bad customer service. Wouldnt buy another thing from them. They ignore you and your emails. Just BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL ROUND. you live n learn.

You have replied to me as below but ive been waiting 7 weeks for this bikini an item which i cant use anymore as im ready on holiday. BUT YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS.. im sorry your not always happy to help. What a load of rubbish this company are, really dont care about the customer just profits.

I returned my items which came late so no longer needed them. I was given a credit note as they wouldn't refund my money back to me however when I tried to spend the credit note the code wouldn't work. After contacting them i just kept being fobbed off saying they will send me a new code. Three weeks later no further forward they are ignoring my e-mails so have bumped me for £80.00. I have all my e-mails here to show and will put them up here for everyone to see if they don't issue me a code by this Friday hopefuly they will now I've took to Trustpiolet.
So a day after writing this review the company got in touch with me and asked me to remove this and they would send me out a code however I wanted the code and my goodies first. They sent me a code that day I placed an order and 3 weeks later I still have not received my items. There was no ETA On one item and a 2 week on the other which is an item for £30 and I have just bought the exact same item on e-bay for £6.00, despite numerous e-mails they are blanking me so have well and truly ripped me off. Please do not buy anything from these Especially when all there items can be bought on e-bay.

5 Star rating! I would definitely recommend Fashion Prescription to friends! The clothes are fantastic and the responses on Instagram and on email are always quick and polite!

Very fast communication after I ordered clothes & didn’t realise they’ take so long to arrive, I was worried but soon got reassured they was on there way. Can’t wait for them to arrive!!😍😁

Ordered 2 bikinis and one of the bikini bottoms was ripped and I emailed for a replacement, and they said I could have one, wasn’t too concerned at the start as I had an email back quite quickly, but then when I asked when I’d receive the bikini bottom by they didn’t reply, so I emailed again, and had another reply, off another lady, who assured me, she’d get a replacement sent off but when asked about when it would arrive, and if in time for my holiday, it was ignored and they advised me to do this review so they could give a £10 voucher which I don’t really want, I just want a replacement bikini by a certain date.
