Only ever had one small problem apart from that it’s been excellent. And with that one problem customer services got on to it straight away, great service 👍🏽 Definitely would reccomend and would definitely shop again. Clothes are lovely, very good quality, worth the money.

Worst company I have ever ordered from online. Ordered a bikini over a month ago and have still not received it or even been sent a dispatch email. Emailed customer service who clearly lied to me in saying that my order has been shipped and that they would send over a dispatch email. It’s been over 2 weeks since I sent that email, so I sent another email telling them how ridiculous this is and I want a refund, but I have still not had a reply. Do not order from this site, it’s a scam!!!!

The most frustrating and worst customer service I have ever experience and received.
I was not sent 2 of the items that I was supposed to be sent after waiting 4 weeks for the parcel with only half of the items in to arrive. Then the items I did receive, I sent back and have been waiting 2 months for a refund! I don't get responses from the customer care email and when I do they are rude requesting I wait for a response (which I still never get) and have still not had the issue resolved. I have explained the situation countless times to different people and yet again no refund!!!! Highly advise not ordering from Fashion Prescription. Lost my custom after spending with them over the last couple of years.

Horrible company! They convinced me to sign up to a prescription for £19.99 a month and I would get free outfits every month and codes to give out to my friends for discount. They sent me one bralet worth £5 and I’ve never heard anything since apart from taking a further £19.99 from my account! So they took £40 off me and all I got from them was a £5 bralet! This company is a con.. do not use them!!

I have ordered from fashion prescription before and although it took ages to arrive it did arrive, however I am disgusted at their customer service this time I wish I had read these reviews first. Money grabbing scam of a company. Ordered 3 bikinis, 2 arrived told the other one was on a delay and would arrive a month from ordering. I returned one bikini and had to chase it up even with a receipt they were reluctant to give me a refund code.

It is now 2 months on from my order and still no 3rd bikini. I have emailed several times....nothing, I have started an online chat....nothing I commented on Instagram and now I am blocked. Seems it is a repeat pattern how they treat all their customers. Avoid at all costs. Will be looking into how I can get my money back.

Love the clothes they never disappoint, would be much better if they came quicker! The quality of the clothes is really good, they’re worth the wait but would be a lot better if they came in a week rather than 5! X

I bought 2 bikinis from the website for my honneymoon. I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews on trust pilot after I'd made my purchase but I decided to just wait and see as sometimes things do just go wrong and it can't be helped it shouldn't always reflect badly on a company. While i waited for my parcel, I read lots of reviews complaining about the long wait times for delivery, now although I thought it was odd awaiting 4/6 weeks for a bikini it clearly stated on the website and at point of purchase so I stuck with it. It was approaching my delivery date and I hadn't heard anything. No delivery confirmation email as the website says you'll get. I sent an email to them and got a really quick reply saying that someone would get on with it and get back to me. I never heard anything. I emailed again a few days later and got my tracking ID and low and behold my parcel arrived the following day. So far it was so good really. I got my bikinis, and in all honnesty I wasn't blown away with the quality, the seams rolled and meant they sat funny, if I tried to straighten it in one place it would pull in another. In one of the bikinis it has clearly had labels cut out if it and who ever had done it had caught the bikini damaging it. For nearly £30 a bikini I was expecting a little better. I emailed the website again and got an amazing response I was offered a refund and I offered to have the bikinis sent back recorded at my own cost so it could all be sorted quickly. I forwarded on my proof of postage and proof of delivery being received to the website and they told me it would be sent to the relevant department. I then waited. And waited. And waited. I got no update and no sign of my refund. I emailed the website again and got no response this time. I had paid through PayPal so went to their website and they stated that before raising any issues to email the company, PayPal were showing a diffrent email address to the one I'd been using so I sent an email to it as well. Still no response. Finally I contacted my credit card company and they raised the complaint for me.
I saw alot of bad reviews simply for the wait time for delivery but it is clearly stated on the website, in all honnesty I couldn't had faulted the service until it came to getting my refund. All communications appears to have broken down at this point. I wasn't blown away with the quality or the fit but I appreciate some of that may be personal preference.
I won't be visiting the website again.

NOBODY SIGN UP TO THIS BLOGGERS SUBSCRIPTION - COMPLETE RIP OFF!!

They took the first £20.00 out right away and I still had to wait days before I even got my first parcel. When it turned up it was okay but nothing special (defo not worth £20.00) they also gave me my own discount code for 10% off and if anyone used they apparently gave me money. Still don't know if thats even legit. Yet they would advertise 20% off on own website so people are obviously gonna use that - what is that all about. anyway, after this I decided it was a waste of money so I cancelled, the following month they still took another £20.00 out of my account even though I had a confirmation email from them to say it was cancelled so I demanded a parcel. Well - it was embarrassing to even post it looked like a piece of material for a 2 year with the words SASSY on - I could've made for a tenner, again, not worth £20.00. I then saw they contended to take out another £20.00 the following month!!!! I went crazy and emailed them - they demanded proof of cancellation etc which I sent and they said it would take up to 14 days for refund (joke anyway) I am now 4 weeks in, no refund and no reply after endless amount of emails complaining! DO NOT USE THEM! DISGUSTING COMPANY!

I ordered 5 items in July, September came and still nothing. I emailed them several times and no reply until I commented on a picture on Instagram then straight away they inboxed me. I ordered 5 items and they sent me out a hideous bikini which I didn’t order so I emailed and asked for a full refund and they have been ignoring me since. I then went back to commenting on their Instagram pictures to get a response and they have now blocked me!

I am making this very very clear to anyone who wants to order something from this company - DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!

I ordered a rather large order from them and after a MONTH of waiting chased the order - my delivery date was the 23rd August. 5 DAYS after this, after I opened a PAYPAL dispute, for them to stop the dispute they 'sent me my order'.

Absolutely appalling company!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered from them on the 6th July, after a few persistent emails my order finally arrived on 10th August... BUT INCOMPLETE!!!!! Sent straight back to them with recorded delivery the same day and an email explaining I was unhappy and wanted a refund, they received this return on the 13 August. No response, another few emails were sent, finally got an email!!!! One asking for more information, sent this to them... again no response. So took to Instagram to comment on their posts to request a reply, literally wrote RESPOND TO MY EMAILS/DMs AS IM GETTING ANNOYED. Oh and guess what? They BLOCK ME!! As if that’s going to make the problem go away. I wrote them another email saying that I will be taking this further and to small claims court as their customer service is shocking and they cannot call themselves a business. I received one back, saying their marketing team says slander is against the law!! Unsure how requesting a response from them is slander but anyway with a company like this I don’t know why I’m surprised. They say they’re going to update me on my refund within the next 24 hours, highly doubtful. Just this minute lodged a dispute with my bank, so they can now chase them too for my money back. Shocking excuse for a company!!!!!
