Lovely personalised paperweight that was delivered quickly

Good quick delivery, product lovely but packaging could be improved. It’s a gift and the box was squashed due to it just being put in a soft delivery envelope/box thing.

I have ordered many things from this company and their service is excellent - personalised items are engraved beautifully and delivery is prompt. On the one occasion I had cause to speak to customer service they were very helpful and resolved my issue, definitely 5 stars! My niece was thrilled with her personalised Champagne box

Awful customer service - but lovely product

I researched pocket watches for my husband’s 60th birthday, which the family were buying for him. I found the perfect one on this site. Purchased it along with engraving. Everything went well. Two months later the watch has stopped. I emailed them and was asked to produce photos of the issue, the watch won’t wind how can you prove that by a photo, and a copy of the paper invoice, which I no longer had. But I did still have the email one.
Emailed them back to say no point sending photo and had emailed invoice. They kindly asked for me to return the watch. I decided to take it to my local jewellers who specialise in that make of watch. Sadly, it has to go back to the actual makers of the watch. I’m just disappointed that I was sold a watch that obviously had a fault with it. I know I have null and voided any warranty etc, but that was my choice. Sadly, due to the fact that I feel the watch was faulty originally, I would not consider the website again. I can’t fault the customer service as they offered me to return it, so that was my choice. Date of experience is the date it went wrong.
