no tracing number, no delivery, not able to reach anyone per mail or phone
I am currently lost with my order #4000007300 that I did on 30.11.2021. I never got a tracing number and no delivery of my order. Since, I wrote 3 emails, and tried to call 2 times while being in the waiting line for 20 minutes every time, without an answer. I would like to know where my order is, or get my money back ! If this stays again without response or the try to solve the issue, by sending me the order or doing a refund, I would definitely not suggest you to order there.

Half order cancelled, no communication no reply
Bad, to be avoided
The seller without notifying removes one of the two products in the order, for about 50% of the order itself. I then discover that the product is still available on the Loreto Gallo website but with a higher price.
I ask that the whole order be canceled, no answer, they ship anyway
The partial order arrives at the pharmacy where I was supposed to collect the products, I write again asking for cancellation, no answer.
So I open a dispute with Paypal, they don't even respond
I convert the dispute into a complaint, no response.
Paypal finally approves my claim and refunds me.
Thanks to Paypal for the service and protection of the customer from bad companies like this one.

I can not express enough how angry and disappointed I am about this company. I wrote a long review and got blocked immediately. These people are fraud. Stay away. They stole my money. After telling me I wrote the adress wrong, I proved them it wasn't a mistake and I bought from here before,the packages arrived. Avoid at all costs
