This is my second time ordering from Farmacia Loreto and they absolutely deserve the 5 stars I gave them. The delivery was fast considering I live in London, UK and as I can't find these products in UK the price was even better than expected.

I use iAuRil and it has been the best product for interstitial cystitis, it has help so much.
I cannot recommend iAuRil to anyone that has bladder issues, such as interstitial cystitis.

I placed an order on 27th February and after receiving confirmation the order was placed I still haven't received anything despite they already took my money! I spent hours trying to contact them on the phone with no answer, I also emailed multiple times! Nothing! This pharmacy is just a joke, I will never order again!

MY PACKAGE LOST, NO TRACKING NUMBER, NO REFUND, ORDER HISTORY DELETED
I ordered the items of 862,58 euros on this site at 16 december 2021. The package was shipped on the same date.
After sending so many emails to ask tracking number but no reponse, at 5th january 2022, they said me that they couldn’t find tracking number of my package and they would contact me later.
UPDATE:
Now, I wait always the tracking number and my package. I asked them many times if they could refund my money, nobody reponds. So, at 15 january 2022, I claimed to Paypal for refunding money. However, today (at 17 jan), when I go to the website, my order is DISAPPEARED ABSOLUTELY from the order history???? They deleted details of my order???
SO, I lost my order, no tracking number, no refund, deleting the order from order history…
