I would like to take a moment to share my experiences with Alexis Torres for my mother reverse mortgage loan. Alexis and his team did a wonderful job to process our loan. He has great knowledge about the loan processes and understood our problems. He provided alternate solutions for us to meet each requirement. The entire process was smooth, and Alexis communicated with us at every step with emails and phone calls. We had terrible experiences with Washington Mutual but thankful that we switched to Finance of America. We definitely will recommend Finance of America to other family members and friends.

What I found was Jason was forthright, very candid, knowledgeable, and honest. It was refreshing to be dealing with someone who is very professional. Although he did an assumptive close, he had answered all of my questions in a truthful concise manner.
