Since the beginning of my experience with FanBasis I’ve had amazing support from Matias one of the representatives. He gave me some crazy valuable insight on how to structure my payment links for my closers. Great team overall, s/o Matias!

After they took 700$ from my account to…

After they took 700$ from my account to adjust flight they kept transferring me and putting me on hold. Finally ticket wasn't adjusted and they escaped with the money. These are scam and big cheaters. Be careful. They act professionally to decieve you. Big theives.

Best Payment Processor

Hands down never experienced a better payment processor for my high ticket coaching business. They literally have INSTANT payouts even on the weekends lol. Incredible team on their end as well always supporting my business on their platform!

💯 % scam site

💯 % scam site. As soon as I gave them my card information, my bank contacted me saying my card was repeatedly been declined from use at atm’s. How odd how is it being used if I have the card in my wallet.stay away from FANBASIS!!

This company targeted me for a lead…

This company targeted me for a lead generation marketing. They called on schedule until they got my CC and then they stopped responding. I never received onboarding or passwords to sign in to my account. They immediately started to send me a lead which I followed up and on and even that was bogus. I am supposed to be able to start and stop service and get refunded for bad leads but since I have no way to get into my account and rep is no longer replying...I cannot do that and had to cancel my cc in order to stop them from charging. This is a scam

Worst payment tool iv used in years/SCAM

Worst payment tool iv used in years, big SCAM.
I had issue with my phone number, they told me they'll do manual payouts, even with multi grands, so i could receive the payments in 48hrs.

Now it has been almost a month, nobody answer me anymore, nobody try to find a solution, and they don't want to make a wire. They kept my cash...

Top level company, and excellent customer support. I escaped from Stripe after they scammed me, and so far I’m incredibly pleased with my experience.

The only processor actually built for the customers

Been using fanbasis for about a year and has been a big protective bubble from the Wild West online processing space.

Our model is very cashflow intensive so processing breaks creates a big risk and is the one “red alert” thing in our biz, where if that broke then stuff would hit the fan quick.

Stripe notorious for holds + refunding customer lists, whop has hidden fees & can’t get ahold of anyone helpful, maverick took 30 days to resolve a simple issue so we’ve been through it all at this point

Had a friend tell me about fanbasis and was just throwing stuff at the wall so figured we’d try it out, and will say these guys are the only ones who actually “get it” from the customer perspective.

Support actually moves, and moves quick. Never had any processing issues & great rates with a very simple dashboard that doesn’t take an instruction manual to figure out.

Lots of practical customizable features that unlocked a few things we’ve been trying to do for months with the biz & simplified accounting so the finance side of the biz was able to finally get simplified.

I never write reviews and usually sit in the background but Fanbasis’s impact on our business removed so much headache I felt like I had to. Would recommend.

Apologies for not understanding what this company does

I ordered a book and I had no idea when the payment details came in that it was for the book I had purchased .
I apologise for thinking this company took unauthorised funds when they didn’t.
So I’m coming in here to amend my review that this company is legit and it does what it says it does and supports companies on the financial side of getting there goods sold
