A great selection of a range of sofas
A great selection of a range of sofas. Much better than all the other furniture stores we had been in in Plymouth. Very helpful staff and I was able to take fabric samples home to see how they looked.
Staff at store very pleasant, but not pushy.
Very good delivery service with clear information about delivery times which meant that we didn’t have to wait in for ages.

Professional and kind service. The men delivery our sofas had an issuecwith the controls they couldn't figure out. A man came back and fixed it in just a few weeks and they were really good at communicating

The whole buying service was a pleasure from start to finish.
Max went above and beyond to ensure our furniture was perfect for us and also arranged suitable delivery date.
Delivery was when they said and the delivery men were careful and considerate.

Great chairs…
The chairs are very good however they were weeks late on delivery. The deliverers were prompt and polite but didn’t offer assistance when I explained that my husband is disabled. I understand workplace rules however sometimes they can be relaxed.

Our delivery crews are allocated sufficient time for each delivery, and we understand there was a slight access issue with your internal door, which resulted in the crew going beyond their allocated time window. Despite this, the team remained committed to ensuring everything was set up correctly and that you were satisfied with the delivery before leaving.
