We’ve used Fairway Furniture for many years now, and the reason is simple — they never let us down. From the moment we walk into the store, the staff are genuinely helpful, professional, and patient, making the whole process easy and enjoyable.
Our recent purchase was no different. The team in-store guided us through the options without any pressure, and the communication right up to delivery was excellent. The delivery crew were just as impressive — friendly, careful with our home, and made sure everything was exactly where we wanted it.

Ethan was an excellent salesman
Ethan was an excellent salesman, helpful, informative and not in the least pushy.
Delivery was good, although one of my plant pots outside was knocked over, they were otherwise efficient.

A great selection of a range of sofas
A great selection of a range of sofas. Much better than all the other furniture stores we had been in in Plymouth. Very helpful staff and I was able to take fabric samples home to see how they looked.
Staff at store very pleasant, but not pushy.
Very good delivery service with clear information about delivery times which meant that we didn’t have to wait in for ages.
