Exemplary customer services
I contacted Eze-talk on behalf of a friend who had moved into a nursing home and required to close his account. Alas at the first attempt we did not manage to get through to customer services. I phoned again the next day and got through. Unfortunately as I was no longer in the nursing home with my friend, Denver (the staff member who answered my call) informed me that he required to speak to my friend who was the account holder. Denver then arranged to phone me the following Monday when I would be visiting my friend. Denver told me he would phone at 3pm and he did. My friend had a very pleasant conversation with Denver with the result that his account was closed. Exemplary customer service in my opinion. Many thanks Denver.

DON’T TRY TO CLOSE ACCOUNT, IT WILL COST YOU A SMALL FORTUNE! I am writing this on behalf of my elderly mum. She’s just off the phone to a man called Shane who I could only describe as passive aggressive by the way he was described. My mum tried to close her account on the 5th December 2023 and was told she had called too late. The gentleman at that point noted she wanted to close account but couldn’t take payment for her bill at that time. We phoned again and was told the same, obviously it was still out of hours. Phoned on the 5th January 2024 and told the lady (Abbie)to close the account. After a admin fee of £30 to close the account we thought that was it sorted, total bill after all their charges was £108. Asked Abbie if account was now closed and was told that was that. Just off the phone once again as mum received a bill for just over £36. Disputed this and was told it’s her January bill but the account is closed! How can she be charged for an account that’s closed? Shane became very unprofessional saying he would defend Abbie. I’m not sure Abbie’s conduct was ever questioned! Now seeking some sort of help from their dispute team. Fingers crossed we get a more professional service. Great company when you’re paying for their service, not so great when trying to close an account. Would never recommend this company now. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Absolutely Fantastic
For a while we had experience nothing but problems with our provider so when we found eze talk we agreed for them to take over our contract. I have literally never worked with a company before that made the switch over so smoooth. It all went extremeny well. So pleased with their excellent service, we had dealings with Jane, Mike and Adam. Adam sorted out a much faster broadband service for us too. Cant thank them enough. Heres to many more years of working with eze talk.
Best Customer service for a long time
Our chapel phone line developed a fault so I contacted Eze. I had a response within 24hrs and instructions to help resolve the situation. On my next visit to the chapel (10 miles from where I live) I followed the instructions given and then spoke to Eze (Nina) who retested the line for me. She confirmed that there was still a fault on the line. She then raised a ticket for Open Reach to attend as soon as possible - I didn't hold out much hope for quick action as it was the Easter Weekend. Nina said she would follow this up to see where we were on her return to work on Tuesday after the Easter Break. However, a lovely engineer contacted me on Easter Saturday to chat through the issue, and as the fault was located outside of the chapel premises I wasn't required to even go to the site. True to her word, Nina did contact me on the Tuesday to enquire if the fault had been fixed as her system said it had. This is the first time in a very long time that I have experienced such good customer service both from Eze and Open Reach - well done to all - especially Nina at Eze who actually did what she said she would do and followed this up. Customer service in the UK has gone greatly downhill over the last 10 years or so but Eze should be proud to employee Nina who certainly gave the impression that customers matter. Thanks again for resolving this issue quickly.

Avoid!!!!
My Mum's line was connected to a community alarm. Eze talk left a vulnerable elderly person for 3 weeks without sending someone in to repair it. She had no lifeline for that period of time. Mum has now passed away and they have charged her an admin fee for dying Good luck collecting that one.
Just had a call from them. Woman who phoned was a bit pis*ed off that I had the neck to post this. She insisted someone had been using the phone. I explained that the house was empty. She was an absolute a*se. I told her to check into the ad hoc charges. She said she would speak to her manager. Came back Arsey as ever and said as a gesture of goodwill she would write it off. I told her to shove her gesture up her ass.
Excellent Service!
I reported a fault on my landline on the Thursday and it was fixed by Saturday morning! The 2 people I spoke to, Nina and Natalie were extremely helpful,,friendly and patient as they had to explain to me how to test the line to check it wasn't my phone at fault,so saving a bill from OpenReach. As it was, the fault was in the box in the road and the engineer came very promptly. In the current situation with the lockdown this was outstanding service.
Highly recommend CDS
We switched to CDS as our VOIP phone provider in July 2020 after finally escaping from a contract with another company.
Dealing with CDS is a delight - they are professional and provided excellent support during the switch-over process. There ongoing customer service has been great too - easy to contact and always helpful.
