Very friendly staff and after a number of visits finally decided on the furniture we wanted ( and very patient 😀). Delivery scheduled and furniture assembled very quickly and they were very polite. Would definitely recommend them

We'd decorated our living room and moved our settee into the conservatory. We also donated our conservatory settee to charity so we needed a new one but much smaller. We visited lots of places but settled on Eyres as they had what we wanted at a competitive price and could deliver much quicker than others.

We ordered a bed and when it arrived it was beautiful and was carefully put into our bedroom also they stored the new bed until we decorated the room so very pleased with it and the excellent service I will be back shortly kind regards Mr & Mrs Sherwood

Very friendly and welcoming, I supported my father to purchase a chair that was suitable to his individual needs.. this involved a few visits to the shop and was welcomed on every occasion. Chair supplied in timeframe given. Most importantly Dad is very happy with his purchase and his great granddaughter fits nicely on the chairs with him too!

Fabulous furniture shop however to do a furniture access to confirm if furniture would go through into property confirmed that they would have to charge us over £400 deposit for this service , which if access was not possible would refund this. However another Furniture Store did this " Free of Charge "

I can honestly say it was a pleasure to purchase a sofa from Eyres. From the time we entered the store we were left alone to wonder around at the huge stock of sofas on display. When we required assistance the staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
We purchased a Parker knoll in the end and the delivery was made soon after. The delivery staff were very polite and helpful too.
I would return to Eyres if I require any furniture in the future, it is so refreshing to find real customer service from start to finish.

we needed a swivel chair and foot stool urgently for my 97 year old father, looked on line ,delivery /order times too long. rang the store and spoke to Carl who was fantastic in e mailing a photo of one they had in stock which was perfect.it was delivered a few days later fully assembled. Fantastic service.

We have had a few different pieces of furniture from Eyes and they have all been up there and the latest a bookcase is just as good and was sold to us very professionally thank you

Ordered an electric reclining chair,the manufacturer quoted eyres 14 - 16 days for delivery ,actually closer to about 6 weeks ( not eyres fault ).store staff were helpful ,delivery drivers were quick efficient and polite, overall experience was good ,just the manufactures delivery time that was the only negative.

we were looked after all through the process of purchase to delivery by Karl who was excellent, explained everything to us.

I have purchased several items of furniture over the years. The latest being new wardrobes and a Hypnos bed.
The service from all of the staff was excellent, everyone always very knowledgable, very helpful and all always extremely pleasant.
Delivery was within the timescale advised and the delivery team were again very efficient, very careful and very pleasant.
A local family furniture store who caters for all pockets, stocking quality furniture to suit all tastes.
I would recommend them to everyone and will continue to use for future purchases.
They also have a lovely cafe for coffee and cake after browsing the store.
What more could you ask.

Visited the Worksop shop on Monday, purchased a table and chairs set which was promptly delivered the next day. First class service from start to finish

I’ve bought a number of different pieces of furniture from Eyres, usually ordering from the Mansfield store. All the pieces were and are of excellent quality, were delivered as expected and often assembled in the property with care. Always receive excellent service from this company and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Ordered a sofa & was advised that delivery would be approximately 12 weeks. After only 4 weeks I got a call to say it was ready. I explained that I wasn't ready, or I should say that my lounge wasn't ready. They advised it wasn't a problem &:they would keep it until my lounge was ready. Once it was, I called to arrange delivery. I was advised that this would take place between 1 & 4pm. The delivery guys arrived at exactly 1pm. All staff are helpful, polite, professional, friendly & provide a personable shopping experience which is most appreciated & welcome. I would definitely recommend Eyers. Thank you to you all.
