Kein Versandlabel, dafür Geld unterschlagen.

Wollte eine Sendung von Deutschland nach Indonesien beauftragen, Zahlung über Paypal ist erfolgt, das laut Mail angekündigte Versandlabel ist nie versendet worden. Telefonisch keiner erreichbar, obwohl es in der angegebenen Service-Zeiten gewesen war. Nach Eröffnung bei PayPal wegen Nicht-erhaltene Leistung wird seites der Firma auf stur gestellt.
Das ist keine Leistung seitens der Firma, durch das einbehaltene Geld wird hier Betrug und Unterschlagung begangen.
Warte noch die Entscheidung von PayPal ab, dann werde ich mir weitere rechtliche Schritte gegen die Firma vornehmen.
