Superb service from Joe and Ryan
Superb service from Joe and Ryan from the start to finish. This is the fourth personal lease vehicle I’ve had and this company, Ryan and Joe especially, were head and shoulders above the previous ones I’ve dealt with. From start to finish, excellent communication, swift with paperwork, always polite, professional and helpful and a prompt delivery of the vehicle. Take a bow Express Vehicle Contracts, you’ve got my gratitude and the two employees mentioned are great ambassadors for your lease company. Just received my new car
Just received my new car. Whole process from start to finish was painless. Car received much quicker than advertised too and both Josh and Ryan were great at keeping me informed throughout the whole process. Even had a courtesy call to check I was happy with the delivery of the car.

I have just received the delivery of My BMW X7. It is an amzing SUV and i just loved it. The journey from start till the end was so smooth and i got regular updates regarding my vehicle. Many thanks to Daniel who keeps me posted all the time. He also advised me on some optional extras as they are not needed which actually saves me money. Just a quick update on my last review , the car was delivered when they said it would , its great , within a few hours of delivery Josh from the team called me to make sure i was happy with the car and delivery and to assure me that they will be there for me over the next 3 years. Fantastic Service
Many thanks to Joe, Ryan and the team who helped arrange the order and delivery of my new vehicle. It is the first time I have leased a vehicle and they made sure everything ran smoothly, they are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I have. This is my fifth personal contract hire.
I thought that my previous four Contract Hire agreements direct with VW finance was OK
However the speed and simplicity i have experienced with Dan and the rest of the team at express Vehicle Contracts, far exceed my past experiences with my two local Skoda dealers and the parent VW financial services.
In fairness, I am right at the start of a new 24 month agreement, however if it all continues, I do think that I have found a new business that I can look forward to working with in the future.
