I recently leased a new car through Express Vehicle Contracts, and the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish.

Initially, I was assisted by Ben, who handled the quoting process and finance application stage. Despite requesting quotes on three different occasions while comparing offers from other brokers, Ben was consistently quick, helpful, and patient, providing the quotes without any fuss. Once I decided to proceed, he phoned me twice in the same day to go through my details carefully, making sure everything was accurate to give me the best chance of a smooth finance approval. It really showed the level of care and customer service they deliver.

After my application was approved, I was passed over to Ryan, who took over the order process. Ryan called me promptly to confirm the approval and go through the next steps, this whole process took about 2 hours. After sending the order form, he called again (towards the end of their business hours) to ensure I received it and could sign it quickly to secure the vehicle. He also double-checked all details with me over the phone to make sure everything was correct — again, an excellent touch.

Once the finance documents were completed and signed, Ryan stayed in regular contact, confirming the order, sending over the delivery dates, and explaining the next steps clearly. Today (the day of my delivery), I received a call from Ryan in the morning reminding me to carefully inspect the car upon arrival, and another call by Ben after delivery to check in on my experience. This level of communication truly stood out and highlighted the outstanding customer service provided by Express Vehicle Contracts.

From the moment I accepted the quote to the confirmation of the delivery date, the entire process took just slightly over a week — impressively quick. Even after delivery, Ben followed up by sending over useful contact information and additional important details.

Having leased a vehicle before through an other company, I can confidently say the service provided by Express was on another level — professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-first. I’ll definitely be sticking with Express Vehicle Contracts for my next lease towards the end of this contract.
