3 section ladder ordered and delivered in 3 days. Received in good condition. light weight and fits in the car (just) but tall enough when extended to reach gutter and soffits. in all a good product.

Having researched the internet for a step ladder, the best price was Express Tools. They kept in touch by email with the progress of my order and the ladder was delivered within the indicated period. I would recommend Express Tools.

although there was a delay with the ladders this was resolved in very quick time

I was informed within a day that there was an issue with my order not being in stock which was good. The 1 item out of the 2 ordered which was in stock was dispatched with no delays.

I was very pleased with the price and the fast delivery. My only reservation was the illustration on the website did not exactly match the product details.

I was looking for a wide and solid platform ("staging" in ladder-makers' terminology) to span a ditch outside our property in order to reach our fence beyond the ditch more easily, and came across Lyte as a manufacturer that seemed to offer what I wanted.
Express Tools had a good price on the staging unit, and their website was decently-constructed, so I ordered through them.
The staging arrived very promptly, shipped direct from Lyte itself, and was of excellent quality. It had a solid aluminium frame with square 'rungs' in it, supporting a full-length metal bar which in its turn supported a well-riveted board on which to stand. The board looked very like the floor of my very durable Ifor Williams trailer, so I'm sure it will last for ages and ages.
Both the Lyte staging and Express Tools are therefore highly recommended.

Easy to find the product i was looking for, then when calling through on the telephone to request a special delivery arrangement, the service was friendly, helpful and i was easily advised on how to get what i was looking for.
Product was delivered in good time.

Needed a whacker plate pad for my business as had job on in 2 days, looked around locally and found a pad for £70.00, goind tool station and saw I could get with free next dat deluvery for £50 so thought would give it a try, recieved goods 4 days later , had to rent a ehacker playe for £19 exc vat so that added on to purchase price means i am now out of pocket, got apology from toolstation but in my opinion toolstation are a website that uses fulfilment house so they should have taken their 40 percent commission and reimbursed me for my additional costs incurred

No goods delivered still! Bought goods on the 30.05.2013 and still waiting on the 07.06.2013, I had to call up and check, some excuse about the goods have to be made to order, a builders TAR BOILERS? Think not, ready available on EBAY and other wed sites.

Ordered ladder on 22 May 2013. Money taken from bank account on 23 May 2013. Now 29 May 2013 and still no word about when the item will be delivered!!!! Not very good customer service.
