shocking from the start

Delivery was over 3 weeks, the haulier they used cancelled 5 times.

Boards were taken back by the hauliar before they were delivered due to them being damaged in transit.

Eventually delivered but 7 boards damaged.

They would not offer any discount on the boards wanted to collect them all - I tried helping them out.

They have no more in stock! Customer care and after care shocking, somehow we are keeping the boards because we want the living room finished but have been offered no compensation for the boards ( only 7 boards) sent pictures as requested.

Do not buy from here - the company seems very new and they are not ready to distribute correctly.

They do not answer the phones.
