Arrived on time, box damaged but thats down to the courier and the product works as advertised.

Delivered within 2 days and product is perfect, no issues and use it everyday in plant workshop.

quick and easy to use website..purchased a new lawnmower and was delivered five days later even with lockdown in place.

Express Tools offered this product at the best on line price including VAT & delivery. Despite declaring that delivery was currently 3-5 working days [due to Covid19, c.f. other companies declaring a 3-4 week wait] the pump was delivered the following day.

excellent service and delivery, more so in light of what's happening.

The purchase of my lawnmower was very easy, and the item arrived when expected. It was a shame that the delivery driver didn't have any wheels to carry this item up our long drive, but he was very helpful. The lawnmower is wonderful, and I am delighted with it, but the instructions for putting it together are abysmal, and virtually useless. My husband is very handy, and we managed to figure it out in the end, but I would feel sorry for anyone without mechanical knowledge. More information, and clearer photographs would have been a great help. The only complaint about the actual lawnmower is the oil dipstick which is black, and very difficult to read to check the level, which is a very important part of looking after these machines.
