All in all you’re pretty good, but I asked you to look into an account which is not being updated and it’s still nut budged in months.

Good company and great to keep an eye on your credit score But some of the reports just don’t make sense or justified and you can be easily penalised.

I wouldn’t have given any stars, but I had to leave at at least one because there was no space for no stars
Not because my score has dropped (no fault of my own). My review is because in my opinion Experian haven’t looked why I have 2 new credit checks in 6 months.
One is for a new car I bought to save me money and the other is for insurance for the car paid monthly. Also I’ve come out of their boost membership to save £14.99 each month. They can see the only credit card I have has only £200 on it from over a thousand which is being paid off at £200 per month and next month it will be zero. To improve my score, they suggested taking a small overdraft which I applied for, I was refused. They also suggested consolidating my debt, which was also refused.
Wake up Experian look into my history and put a written report on file rather than a numerical one. Which you keep informing me lenders don’t look at.
SO WHY HAVE ONE AT ALL?
Regards
L Kirkman

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Experian. Trying to resolve issues on my credit report was far more difficult than it should have been. Customer service responses were slow, and I often received generic replies that did not address my specific concerns.
The process for raising and tracking disputes was frustrating, with little communication regarding progress or timescales. On several occasions, I had to follow up multiple times to receive updates, which added unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
I also found the website and account management tools confusing to navigate at times, making it difficult to access the information I needed. As a company that plays such an important role in people's financial lives, I expected a much higher level of accuracy, transparency, and customer support.
Overall, my experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I hope Experian improves its customer service, communication, and dispute resolution processes to provide a more reliable and user-friendly experience in the future.
