This was my first time using Expensify, and the experience was smooth and straightforward. The platform made it quick and easy to submit my reimbursement to my employer, and the turnaround time was impressive—less than 24 hours. I already have my reimbursement on the way, which speaks to how efficient the process is. Excellent service and a very user-friendly experience.
Ruined
Expensify "updated" their platform and you can no longer export more than 40 expenses into a report. So when I have 100, the other 60 have to be added one at a time. There inept AI customer support is TERRIBLE. They essentially said there was nothing they could do. What a joke.
