The guys at Exeter Gin could not have been more accommodating, they kindly agreed to move the booking forward one week after I booked the wrong date in error, and truly made the experience one to remember. I would absolutely recommend, and will be looking to book in for the Gin School!

A warm and friendly welcome which continued throughout the experience, with plenty of information and guidance to making our own Gin which we got to take home!
During the afternoon we tried several different gins that this lovely family run business makes, and we left very happy!

The most fantastic time - LOVE LOVE LOVE it!
This was a fantastic experience. Mick and Karen are clearly very passionate about the business and it was very interesting to hear their business story - they really do deserve to achieve everything they want. True dedication and and clearly a great eye for detail. We were made to feel extremely welcome - nothing was too much much trouble and we met some lovely people. A total of eight guests, so it felt like we were sharing with friends immediately. The bar/school room is a wonderful and stylish space and Karen should be proud of her 'baby'. I have recommended this to everyone who wants to hear - and I have to say I enjoyed the gin we made too!!

A Hidden Gem in Teignmouth.
We really enjoyed our visit to Exeter Gin whilst on holiday last week. Our hosts were very welcoming and knowledgable and made the whole experience a fun-filled treat. We thoroughly recommend it.

Visited as a gift for Gin Making School. It was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable owners, and they don't hold back on the Gin tasting either! Also they do a "drivers" pack, so they don't miss out! Highly recommended and I want to go again soon myself!

Gin tasting experience
I was booked on a couples Gin tasting experience as a birthday present and I can honestly say this is perfect for anyone who is either interesting in gin or is simply looking for a 5 star experience in Devon. Run and organised by 2 very knowledgeable, friendly and ambitious people who clearly ooze passion in what they do. This is an experience you cannot forget (even after all the wonderful gin you will consume). I will definitely be retuning but in the meantime have recommended to friends, family, and coworkers. A must if visiting South Devon.

My expectations were well exceeded! What an amazing way to spend an afternoon in almost a secret special place. The gin making was informative and fun and the hosts were fabulous. With a couple of marvellous gin’s on top, this was my favourite present!

In a word - "Excellent"
Karen was a knowledgeable guide and made our experience fun.
It was interesting to hear about the history of the gins, what ingredients goes into them and also the how and why the gins such as Granny Garbutts got their names.
The samples for the tasting were generous and there are quite a few of them, fortunately I was not the driver that day!
The upstairs has two “bars”, one bar is used for the Gin School, where each person has their own mini still, so they can create their own drink.
The upstairs is very tastefully decorated and would be a great place for a group of friends to visit.
I would thoroughly recommend a visit and if we are in the area again I can imagine we would like to try the Gin School.

Fabulous experience
We spent a wonderful afternoon at Exeter gin making our own gin. Our hosts were so welcoming and very generous with the drinks. It was a great atmosphere.We were giving very clear instructions and were pleased with our result.
We will be back, hopefully to make some spiced rum!
