Awful customer service, wrong items sent out and missing parts of bridle I ordered over two months ago! Messages are ignored, even follow up emails etc. Still yet to receive items or an apology for the delay!!

Very impressive service and the quality of the products I have are amazing. I have the safety neck strap and a bridle with them and would recommend them to anyone! Also the service was great with sending out a new strap when mine had arrived with marks! No quibbles, just prompt service :)
Very impressed with quality and service. Asked for advice and they responded very quickly. Love my new leathers and they have been a game changer for my hips. I am already saving for my next purchase. My colleges at the yard recommended them to me and I will definitely be back for more.
Wow what a great company. Extremely helpful throughout and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble at all. The leather is beautiful and soft and ordering was quick and easy. I ordered on Monday and it arrived the next day very well packed and displayed. The staff helped me check the fit without any problems . Couldn’t recommend them enough and will definitely be ordering more.

Had a very difficult time finding in the UK someone to make a decent proper quality bridle that fits my awkwardly sizes cob well and had several returns. TBH I'm quite new to all the measurements and everything so I ordered the wrong size with evo but called up and the knowledge Amanda has was incredible (she designs her own products) and suggested something a bit different.
Ended up ordering a bridle which (finally) was perfect and even processed my return super fast with zero fuss (even though my mistake).
Placed another order not long after and came on here to post a review as people never leave good feedback but once again perfect advice and the suggested sprays and balms they do are beautiful: work well and smell great.
I will probably only use Evoequine going forward and look forward to going to her stand at Burghley next year.
I ordered wide mono stirrup leathers using their sizing on the website , when they arrived they were very difficult to adjust and they didn’t give the drop they advertised. When contacted they sent me another longer pair to try, these also didn’t give the length advertised and were again very difficult to fit the iron and to adjust. I returned both pairs and the return was rejected stating buckle marks in the leather and labels removed. There are absolutely no buckle marks (I have photos to show this) and the only label removed was the plastic ties holding them together. I paid £115 for the calfskin ones and they are not as advertised. If you order be aware that the sizing is not accurate and you cannot adjust them mid ride and that your return will be rejected. Very disappointing service from a small and growing company, far more established business's out there to be able to get products from that work as stated
