Good quick service for installation.
Unfortunately my charging unit failed on the first usage. I had three further call outs one for assessment and another two for replacement of the unit and then the circuit breaker switch.
I think I was just unlucky but overall a good experience with communication and happy with the unit I selected and the app and advice I received.

Company were responsive, quick to install and tidied up afterwards.
BUT the Evec charger that they recommended, or probably more specifically it's software, is awful. It loses pairing and tells me it can't be found when I'm stood next to it with iPad or Phone.
The charger and car port go 'Green' indicating charging, but half the time it's not actually charging when I think it is.
When we move it can stay here and I'll get a proper unit from somewhere else.

Very easy to deal with, very professional

Absolutely amazing to deal with. Nothing was to much trouble. No pushing to commit to install a charger, quick responses on questions, quick installation when I decided. just a friendly experience from start to finish. Brilliant!!

The whole experience was a complete disaster. I had a Tesla wall charger installed and from the very start it never worked properly (kept cutting out). I had to spend quite a bit of money on fast charging fees until I had another charger installed (by a different company) that EV Heroes would not compensate me for. The original engineer that fitted the unit admitted he had never installed a Tesla charger before and had to call other people several times during the installation. The process of getting EV Heroes to uninstall the unit and refund me was similar to pulling teeth out. I wasted months and had to call them so many times to get something to happen and at no point did they ever admit that this was their fault. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.

Customer oriented approach, not just about the profit. From the customer service desk all the way through to the installation engineer. Professional, efficient and quick service - can absolutely recommend

I had my EV charger fitted to a pedestal and all went smoothly they did a very good job. A few weeks later it stopped working so I called them. No problem they arranged for a electrician to attend and he fixed the problem in a few minutes. A good service and I am very happy. Highly recommend them

Engineer quick, efficient. No problem with charger in first 6 months

Survey completed and then quoted for an installation. Deposit paid and install booked in. Next day came back to me to advise further work was required (not picked up on original survey review) and advised me to get work completed elsewhere before their install. Should have been picked up on the survey. I don't expect quotes to be changed after deposits paid.
