Great Service from Rod Hicks

I made a claim on behalf of my customer and Mr. Rod Hicks was very helpful along the claim process. I was able to give the good news to the customer that the repairs would be covered, and as soon as the repairs were done Mr. Hicks called to pay for the repairs. We were able to keep our customer satisfied and build a relationship with Everything Breaks. Thank you Rod.

Today, I had the pleasure of receiving service from a gentleman by the name of Mr. Hugo, and I am compelled to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service he provided. Mr. Hugo demonstrated not only professionalism but a deep and extensive knowledge of his field that truly reassured me and impressed me beyond measure.

Moreover, Mr. Hugo's kindness and courteous demeanor was evident from the outset, which in turn, made the entire experience truly pleasant and memorable. I am immensely grateful for the exceptional support and the genuine care that he extended throughout our interaction today as his care for me was truly evident in his communication and throughout every interaction that we had. I’ve been with everything breaks for…

I’ve been with everything breaks for three or four years. I no longer needed their services. I tried to cancel my policy. They absolutely would not let me cancel it. He spent more than five minutes, trying to talk me into just keeping their services. It was horrible. He ignored everything I was telling him and went onto the next line of his teleprompter. horrible.

Buyer beware, just another con.

Buyer beware. I wanted just an auto-warranty policy. They slipped in a home.warranty policy. I cancelled noth policies in Ocotober, and they are still saying I have the home policy and that I owe them for it. Even though they acknowledge i cancelled both policies. They refuse to take care of the problem and they say it is line 5's problem not their problem.

Everything break are liars, they scam and don’t want to remove non of your card information out the system the people that answer the phone act like they don’t know anything about everything breaks but y’all can see my policy with them and say oh we can help with your cancellation but you will have to get coverage with whatever the f*** is omega warranty JOHN is the person that I spoke too such a liar n let my card keep getting charged y’all ain’t doing nothing but making me document my information and get more ready to sue you guys…. I can’t wait cus this gone be a fun one since y’all act like y’all don’t know what’s going on but can see my shit in the read flag n everything because even if y’all was working with a third party company how can they even see my account get read flag how can they see my information just be lying😂😂😂 I’ll see y’all in court soon!!! Our records indicate that the policy on your Chevrolet Cruze was canceled on September 24, 2025, and the coverage was transferred to your Nissan Rogue Sport at that time.

The only successful charge to your credit card was the initial down payment on September 11, 2025 for the original policy. All subsequent billing attempts related to the Nissan Rogue Sport have been declined, and no additional funds have been collected.

At this time, we have not received a request to cancel the policy on the Nissan Rogue Sport. If you would like that policy canceled, please contact our customer service team directly so we can process the request and confirm cancellation in writing.

Buyer Beware!!!

Buyer Beware!!!! Don't sign up with Everything Breaks until you actually read the contract describing what is covered. (and they will avoid giving you a copy of the coverage, even when you specifically ask for it!) The sales people tell you what is covered in their most expensive Plan, but then quote you the price for their least expensive Plan, with minimal coverage. Everything Breaks is the best example of Bait-and-Switch I've seen in decades. When they are giving their sales pitch, they are talking about their "bumper-to-bumper" Plan; but when they are quoting your monthly cost, it is for their extremely limited "drivetrain" only coverage. Also, when you attempt to call their customer service department (and you will !) be prepared to wait on hold for 35 minutes at a time; and, it typically takes at least four (4) calls before you will actually be able to speak to someone who can address your problem. "Everything Breaks" goes in my SCAM category. Apparently their business model is based on "get them signed up for the worthless Plan, then we can upsell them later for double the quoted price when they finally realize the initial Plan we sold them is NOT what we told them it was going to be during our sales call."

After reviewing the account, we’d like to clarify that you reached out to us multiple times because you were concerned the enrollment was for a loan. Our team explained on each call that this was an auto warranty plan, not a loan. During those conversations, we also reviewed an optional upgrade and our WeCare program. We later followed up to go over the upgrade details and pricing, and you requested some time to think about the higher cost. Four days later, you contacted us to cancel, and we processed that request right away.

We never want anyone to feel confused or misled about coverage or pricing. Every policy includes the full contract, which is emailed immediately after purchase so customers can review all terms in writing. Our goal is always to provide clear, transparent information about each plan before any commitment is made.

We’re also sorry if you experienced long wait times when calling in. We understand how frustrating that can be and are continuously working to improve our response times and overall support.

We truly appreciate your feedback, and if you’d like to discuss anything further, we’re here and happy to help.

Total bait and switch once you need help

Total bait and switch once you actually need to use it! The reps are GREAT! Very empathetic and supportive, patient a knowledgeable…truly the best in class, and they really do care!!!! It’s just too bad that the product is so impossible to use. After unauthorized amount was charged to my bank account for months by “Line 5”. I tried to cancel. Crystal convinced me to use it and that I ought to take my car to the dealership since it would be covered anyway…fast-forward my car has now been at the dealership for a month and I have been without transportation severely jeopardizing my job. It took me getting on a three way call with EB and the dealership to get even an acknowledgement of a claim (Keenan’s idea and a good one !!!). once filed (again! - original was day I brought to shop), it only took an hour to deny the entire claim. That is one month I’ve been without a vehicle for absolutely nothing!!!!! this severely jeopardized my job and inconvenienced my entire life. Please contact me if you’ve had a similar experience. I have already submitted to BBB. They are kicking people who are already down. It is so cruel. I put the contract and the invoice from the dealership into AI and AI basically says they are deliberately misleading: check back. I will add that verbiage later when I figure out how to upload an image.

After reviewing your account, call notes, and the complete claim file, we confirmed that the repairs recommended by the dealership were not eligible for coverage under the service agreement you purchased. The components diagnosed—including the oil pressure sensor and pigtail, thermostat, fluid exchange, catalytic converters, and the A/C blower motor and resistor—are not listed as covered items in the contract. For this reason, the claim was denied in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

We also understand your frustration with being told by the dealership that they were “waiting on Everything Breaks.” Our records show that no claim had been submitted to us during those earlier visits. The first claim was not received until the repair facility filed it during the three-way call, which appears to have contributed to the delays and confusion.

Regarding billing, the Line5 charge was the monthly installment for your agreement. Line5 does not process unauthorized transactions; they bill only what was approved at enrollment. We recognize that the name may appear unfamiliar on a statement, which may explain the concern.

Your feedback about your interactions with our representatives is appreciated. They provided the contract upon request and clarified coverage based on the plan purchased. While we understand this was not the outcome you were hoping for, the claim decision was based strictly on the coverage outlined in your agreement.

At this time, the claim remains denied, and we stand by this decision based on the contract terms.
