Amazing service and top quality products. Had bifolds, windows and lanterns from Everglade 6 months ago - transformed the space, very smooth operation, insulate against heat in the summer, no complaints. Thanks for great products and service!

I am so delighted with my new windows and front door. Everglade windows are a highly experienced organization, they have a great range of quality products, offered me a very competitive price and above all, an exceptional, outstanding customer service; I could not recommend them and the team highly enough! Vincent, Gary, Dean, and the installation team, were all on hand through my entire installation and they dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. Everglade windows were recommended to me and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them too !

We ordered a large sliding door Air 600 from Everglade. We had to provide 2 timber posts to fix door to the jamb because the fitters did not have any. It had several unsightly visible screws on the face of the frame. Ugly black drainage caps on white frame and a faulty glass which had to be replaced. Customer service is unhelpful and useless. We are still waiting for the replacement white drainage caps after 2+ months. We will not use Everglade again

Just had patio doors fitted. Everglade Windows have been a delight to deal with from first enquiry to fitting. Everyone I have dealt with have been efficient and considerate and I can’t thank the fitters enough for their politeness, efficiency and tidiness. Would very highly recommend Everglade to anyone wanting to replace
their windows/doors.

Exceptionally high quality products, we initially used Everglade for our windows which were superb! This time I purchased a made to order composite front door and an internal full glass UPVC door. Both doors are fantastic and exactly what we had hoped for. I visited the Everglade premises to view the showroom and was also lucky enough to be shown around the factory. Everglade have a massive range of products that cater for differing window and door needs, I was truly impressed by their state of the art machinery, the scale of the company and their stringent quality control processes. The company provide an easy to use professional booking service and pay huge attention to detail ensuring their products meet the right specifications. I can’t thank the team at Everglade enough! I would definitely order from them again and recommend them to others.

Everglade came highly recommended so I didn’t hesitate when I put in an order for my windows and doors in April 2021. Since then only half of my windows have been installed and I am still waiting for the rest of my order to be completed. I also ordered a sliding door without a sill but received it with a sill. The order was a total disaster.
The windows that were fitted came with broken glass, wrong size measurements, and wrong colour handles. This has caused me great anxiety and frustration.
Unfortunately my experience didn’t match my expectations and I would not be recommending to family and friends.

We were very impressed with the service provided by the Everglade team. In particular their fitting service was amazing. They did an amazing job – completely changed my impression of tradesmen!! Really well spoken, polite and efficient in all the work.

I rarely bother to review companies but I’m making an exception with Everglade Windows. I have renovated many houses and it’s rare to deal with such an excellent professional company. I had a problem with one set of Heritage doors not fitting properly, it turns out the fitters I used hadn’t installed them correctly, not only did Everglade arrange for people to come around to help, but they rectified the original installer’s mistake. The guys they sent round were brilliant, they said the doors were a couple of millimetres out but nothing bad, they managed to fix them by putting in a couple of shims, I’m delighted and thank you again to all at Everglade, a really top company and a pleasure to deal with.

From start to finish I’ve dealt with three people, Magda, Dave, and Bhavik, all of which have been incredibly helpful.

Everglade supplied a large patio door on time and in a very professional manner. My builder installed the door but there was a slight misalignment with the lock. The fitters from Everglade came quickly and fixed the problem brilliantly. Great job customer support.

We had crittle style windows & doors fitted by Everglade in June 2019. The representative, Vince spent a lot of time with us in designing a good fit for our unusual sized openings. All looked good after fitting.
However there were some problems with one of the doors about a month after the fitting. But it was resolved to our satisfaction by the second lot of fitters who were excellent.
The finished look is really great.

I have used Everglade Windows since 2000. I have just had large bay windows installed in one of my properties.

They are professional, reliable, responsive and hassle free to work with it. The quality of the windows are excellent.

I did get quotes and demonstrations from other suppliers in the past and was horrified at their sales methods and pricing structures.

I would highly recommend Everglade and will use them in the future.

Had 12 "A rated" windows installed in July, by Nick, who was great. He cleaned up after each window, and there is no need for any internal decoration. Surprised he could do all by himself, and from the inside only on upstairs windows, but that saved on getting scaffolding in over the Conservatory. Nearly a month after installation, we are really pleased with the windows and finish. We can no longer hear our neighbour come home and close his car doors, which on our old windows even when closed, sounded like we did not have any. So sound proofing a massive improvement, as Frames and Glass appear much thicker than my old windows. New external sills fitted. Obviously hoping when winter arrives, will keep us nice and warm. Thanks to Nick and Mike at Everglade, and all the support guys who made them.

Well engineered windows but fitting left something to be desired. The fitter destroyed our oriel balcony because he did not realise the exterior wooden window ledge was joined to the balcony frame. So he hit the balcony with his hammer and all the plaster collapsed. However, once Customer Services got involved we were treated well and compensated financially. Given this act of good will our faith has been somewhat restored and we would consider returning our custom.

We had a sliding door and windows installed today in our loft - everything seems to have gone without a hitch. Very professional installers. It's early days but the products look to be of a high quality.

Dont bother buying aluminium double glazing from this company unless you are happy to have the paint peeling off. No after service and they simply absolve themselves of any responsibility.

I do not have a record of the final order number but it was supplied against quote number Q105763 and installed with agreement from yourselves by Ashley John Mitchell builders. You might remember us as we have complained about the patio door (same delivery) which was damaged and when invited to come and have a look and talk to us you refused and have also refused to take any remedial action whatsoever for either problems. Its now such a shame we have to speak in the public arena when all we wanted was a little bit of support!

I have just read the reply and can assure any reviewers that this company did supply my window and door. They are very welcome to contact me at any time, but my experience to date tells me they will not. They have ignored all my attempts to speak to them to rectify the problem and are not really interested in doing so. I would also add that because they supplied us via a builder their federation will not act as an arbitrator so forget any guarantee. Should they decide to do the right thing I will let this site know.

Aluminium windows and huge patio doors

Having visited a number of aluminium manufacturers we decided to use Everglade for our windows and the patio doors on our kitchen extension. The service they provided and the information about the products was great. They were also the only company that were able to install huge patio doors (2.7 metres). We are very pleased with the results. The quality is excellent. We had an issue with the hinges on one window and they immediately came out and changed them. Everglade is a nice, trustworthy company with good products and a good service mentality. Their price is in the mid range but I think it is good value for the products supplied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
