Eve Mattress DE 

I would really like to leave zero stars. We paid extra for this mattress to be delivered on a certain day. We were given a time slot and they arrived early. Email we received from Eve says the mattress will come in a box with instructions. It came with neither. Just two very unhelpful delivery drivers who left muddy footprints on our landing and stair carpet and basically said we would have to sort it out. Extremely difficult to get out of the heavy duty plastic wrap as you are told not to use scissors. Finally mattress out, handles are on underside of mattress which also is strange and totally unhelpful when trying to manoeuvre it. We then saw it was not stitched down one side next to the zip. Trying to contact Eve is also impossible, no phone contact only email or chat room 10-2 only. We are now left without a bed, no option to speak to anyone from Eve and a dirty carpet. Would I recommend - NO.

Very smooth service from ordering to delivery, and makes such a nice change to have such a comfortable mattress! Recommending to all my friends

Hands off. Not durable. Horrible Service. I bought two mattresses online, one is now roughly two and one is 1 1/2 years old. The second one (!) first started losing its form, now first one starts to show the same. I first complained over half a year ago. The responsiveness was between shockingly bad and non existent. They asked for pictures and more pictures, delaying the process. I sent the last pix weeks ago and have received zero response.

I was happy at first, even though already the delivery was "bumpy", but for a while the quality was ok. Now I know that the whole thing looks like scam and the people of Eve Mattress do not value their customers nor the guarantees and promises they give.

Since I ordered from Germany, I now have the option to go to court against a company in another country, with a different legal system. Not very attractive.

Don't fall for their lies and sweet talking. When something does not go according to plan, these people will show that they just grab your money and run.

The best mattress I have ever had! and the customer service, just superb!
